Pretty good Indian food!!!

We had the Chana Masala, Dal Makhani, Roti, Samosas, and Malani Paneer.

Everything was great! And I forgot how long it has been since I had eaten some roti!! that stuff is soo good! The food was yummy but the plates were kinda ghetto.....styrofoam.

The only negative would be the scary paint job in the restaurant and the bathrooms. Its craziness.

4.5 haven't tried the other famous chaats (in the bay area) yet, but was happy here
(contrary to others, service was fine, and i didn't exactly blend in)
such an extensive menu, hard to order, and you really should come with a big group
guess i should try the chaats
tried kofta curry, baingan bharta with masala roti and spinach paratha
excellent spices, freshly cooked flat roti/paratha, both similar texture, slightly oily rather than flaky.
the paratha should have been thicker or more stuffed
basically sopped up every bit off the plates = sign of  a good meal

As a brown person, I appreciate authentic brown food. Chaat Paradise is some of the most authentic North Indian food I've had. The Pani Poori is great, and my Chinese friend took the liberty of teaching everyone at the table how to eat them (hi Benson and Sarah!).

The pakora is very good, and the roti's are tasty as well. In case you didn't figure out, the whole place is vegetarian, so be sure to get your protein in elsewhere.

They lose a star for the piss poor service. I sat there with my water glass in my hand for 10 minutes.

Also, the guy on a date next to me couldn't come up with the name of the famous actor who was in Apocalypse Now. Anyone? Anyone? No I'm sorry, we were looking for Marlon Brando.

Yum yum! The food is so good!  And the best part is that I live so close to here! Actually currently for the past month I've been going on an Indian frenzy, came here with my friend.  I got the bhatura something and mango lassi.. yum..

The problem was that I was the only non-Indian.. or.. really the only Asian.. and everyone was staring at me like I was a foreign alien. Even my friend I went with was Indian.
Actually i wasn't sure how to eat it, they gave me these 2 huge hollow breads, when you put them together they LITERALLY look like a nice pair of ass cheeks..but um, apparently I'm suppose to poke them and pat them down...
dip it in sauce and eat those deflated asses..

it was quite tasty.. I'd come here again..

Have been coming here off and on for the last 3 years but tonight was the first time I've ever been disappointed in the food. Not sure what's going on...everything was sooooo salty!

Probably won't go back for awhile. Not sure why it was so bad?? An off night for the chef or is the restaurant under some sort of new management? Either way, the food was just too salty to eat. Very bad.

This place can be hard to find because it's tucked away in the far corner of the strip mall.  If it helps, it is located pretty near to Nijiya Market.

When we first came here, we knew nothing at all about chaat.  Ordering from the menu was a somewhat random process, but we never got anything we didn't like!  Plus, since the restaurant serves vegetarian food, we were never worried about accidentally ordering some kind of random dish of scary meat parts.  Over time, we discovered our favorites:

bhatura cholle - a big light, puffy air-filled fried bread served with a side of garbanzo beans in a sauce with onions and spices

aloo paratha - a flat bread stuffed with yummy curried-potatoes

bhel puri - a cold dish with rice crispy-like things served mixed in a green sauce of spices and onions.  refreshing to eat with the other heavier foods.

ragada pattice - a potato-cake smothered in a tangy reddish curry sauce with peas and topped with a green cilantro sauce

baigan bhartha - eggplant dish with tomatos and spices, very delicious way to prepare eggplant!

The food is really rich, but really good.  The mango lassi is good too!

On the plus side:

- great veggie curries
- super tasty samosas
- tasty rotis and naans
- competitively priced (some stuff is seems almost too cheap)

On the other side:

- the interior is really like in a bus stop in New Delhi, India
- on a cold day it frickin' cold inside
- the service can be trouble
- it can get loud

So if a restaurant is about food and food only for you - this place rocks :)

Love this place. Its surprising how good everything here is.

If you're eating just the odd chaat or 2, its ok, but if ur eating a full meal with starters, curries, rotis and everything else, this will set you back by a good 15-20 dollars. I have even paid more!

The good part is the food, which almost never disappoints:
Bhel Puri (best I have had in the bay area, not that that is saying much, but I always order it); Alu Parantha (yum!), Alu Masala/Dal/Bhindi/KoftaCurry are all amazing. The rotis are nice and soft .
Most of their chaat is good, but the vada pav/dabeli are quite bad.
I haven't had the pav bhaji or the chhole bhathure.
The rajma is just about ok, and the makki roti saag not quite upto the mark, but neither is bad.

Chaat paradise is a great backup place when you're out of ideas.

One problem is just too much rush sometimes

I have always had good service here

I would enter Chaat Paradise in any indian food chops contest with people from SoCal/Texas/NJ as the average entry - yes we have places that probably serve better food, some places where some of the dishes are more authentic, some places which are cheaper, but for overall value, I think Chaat Paradise gets my vote as the best Indian food restaurant in the United States.

1/3rd of the 180 reviews here are 5 stars and almost half are 4 stars which proves how much people like this place :)

Best chaat place I've been to.  Can't go wrong with anything on the menu.  We tried some different dishes tonite, and it was an amazing dinner.  Bhatura was great texture and taste.  Somosas are great.  And the Baigan Bhartha was heavenly.... it's the eggplant, onions, garlic veggie dish, and somehow it tastes like it has cheese in the dish.  Allo Tikki With Chana was a perfect last dish, because we love Chana Bhatura...  and with this dish, it also has potatoes so we don't have too much chickpeas.

Food: 5 stars
Service: 3.5
Ambiance: 3.5 stars
Overall:  4.5 star

I've had food from Chaat paradise a couple of times and have liked it a lot. My fiance and I picked up food from here last night. We got the saag paneer and dal fry with rotis. The food was tasty and not very oily. The saag paneer was a little too creamy for my taste by my fiance loved it. The rotis were thin, oil-free and were good even a little cold.

We will definitely be going back here!

We got takeout, so this is a review for the food and not the service. Aloo Gobi was delicious, though the saag paneer and the dal makhani weren't the best I've ever had. We'll probably try this place again at some point in the future.

This place was highly recommended by an friend who is from India. The food was good. But the service was unbelievably unfriendly. We are not Indian and it seemed like that was a bad thing. The waiter could barely hold back his contempt for us. He never came back after taking our order. A second waiter practically threw the check at us and never took away any dirty plates.
It is hard to recommend this place after this experience especially when there are other great vegetarian Indian food places with friendly service like Udupi.

I had been to this place 3-4 years back. But that was before I "Yelped", so dont quite remember the experience. Yesterday (& after a quick Yelp lookup) I decided to revist the place.

The decor is fairly basic, although the large size statues of Natraj, and Lord Hanuman are pretty neat. Then they also have large, panoramic photos on the wall of Mt. Kailash, and Manasarovar lake. So far, so good.

They advertize "Wait to be seated". However reality is anything but that.

We waited to be seated, only to see 2 groups that came in after us get seated first. Frist lesson learned "Get in the face of the person at the counter". Once seated at the table it took 2 requests to get the menu. Hint: Speaking in Hindi helps & seems to expedite service requests.

We ordered:
1] Makki ki Roti & Saag (Corn Flat Bread with Mustard leaf)
The roti was pretty good, but the saag left a lot to be desired.

2] Paani Puri: Ok overall, but I have tasted better here in the Bay Area.

3] Bhel Puri: Ok overall.

4] Aloo Tikki with Chana Masala: This was a good dish. The tikki (potatoe dumpling) was properly cooked and flavored. Unfortunately, they had 1 jumbo dumpling, instead of the typical 2 medium ones.

5] Dahi Sev Puri: Ok overall

6] Chaas to drink: Totally disappointing. This yoghurt based drink is the salty cousin to the sweet lassi.

As I was having the snacks, it was interesting to see the chaotic manner in which customer orders were being taken, and the delay in serving food. Couple of customers left after a 15 min wait for Pav Bhaji.

Perhaps this was a one off experience, and hence my 3 star rating.
The level of service, or lack thereof, is not uncommon at other Indian restaurants. However, if you are a stickler for good & prompt service, you may want to lower your expectations just to enjoy the food.

I know it will be quite sometime before I visit this place (Never say never!) Until then.....Bon Appetit!

First time I came here, I had no idea what kind of food they had. Met with my group of friends and when they asked what I wanted to order, I just said "anything with meat, I'm starving!" because usually the things I love most at Indian restaurants are the meat.. Boy did I feel stupid when I found out this place was all vegetarian :D

That said, the food was amazing and I've been back at least a few times because of it. The service is definitely not great - it's usually slow, but the times I've been with several people it seems faster. Not sure if it's because we're all talking so long we don't notice or if they server bigger parties quicker. The food though is so good.

It's true that there are always tons of Indian people eating here which I think speaks for the quality of this place. Favorites: Kofta Curry, Sev Poori, Samosas, Masala Poori, Roti, One of the paneers, I can't remember all the names of this stuff!

Don't let the location deter you (it's a small place in a tiny corner of a strip mall). Price is unbeatable. Check it out! If you have an Indian friend with you, all the better.

The worst experience... I have never had absolutely cold bhel puri (right out of the freezer!!) and it tastes bad. The samosas have very bad vegetable filling and are undercooked, the sauces too are watered down. Some of the less popular dishes seem to be made from the frozen foods section in a supermarket. Too bad.... yuck!!

I've eaten a TON of indian food in my life, but this was a new experience for me!  More snacky and light than the typical heavy sauce curry dishes I'm used to.

Pros:
+  Delicious and oh so different!  The bhel poori was delicious!  The mix of crunchy textures, flavors, and nice heat made this my fav today.  But don't take too long to eat because it'll loose that nice crunch after 30 minutes or so.
+  Okay I rarely say this but...the price was right!  Here's what my bf and I got:
Bhel Poori: $4.25 - watch out for large portion!  enough for 3
Masala Poori: $5.25 - listed under mini-lunch...this ain't mini!  Lightly spiced potatoes (yum!) and not heavy feeling.
Muli Paratha: $3.25 - stuffed with radish and huge!
Lassi: $2.25
Total:  $17 something without tip

Um yeah...we went a bit overboard with the ordering.  There was enough leftovers for a full 3rd meal.

Cons:
-  Nothing special looking about the place
-  Customer service was just alright
-  Lassi was too sweet and tasted like melted yogurt from the cup

Bottom Line:  I'm definitely going back!  But I'll have to bring an Indian person with me again because I have no idea what the hell to get!

A sure sign this place is authentic and good is by its patrons. Came for lunch and the place was crawling with Indian folk in spite of Chaat Paradise's obscure location in the corner of a huge strip mall. You have to look past the Burger King and the Nijiya Market and look down a corner to spot the sign "Chaat Paradise". When you do see it though, you're in for a treat.

Since I came here with a non-Indian friend, we weren't quite sure what to order. We each picked a few items that sounded familiar or we used the point at the other people's table and asked for the same. Works well.

Snacks:
- Pani Poori ($4.25): 6 little fried pockets of dough where you are to carefully break the top to get an opening, then fill with chick peas, mung beans, dried noodle, chopped onions, some other fillings, a bit of sweet tamarind sauce and then the flavored water. The key is to pop it all in your mouth to experience that cool deliciousness. Mmm so fun and good to eat.
- Masala Chaat ($4.25): It's a dish full of the same filling from the pani poori - more chick peas, chopped mint (?), dried noodles, sweet sauce, dough stuff, etc... It was our favorite by far. Crunchy, refreshing and slightly sweet.
- Mixed Pakora ($5.25): Deep fried vegetables. Ok I ordered the wrong thing here. My bad. Literally it is just a plate full of fried veggies. Not worth the calories. Flavorless and too much dough and oil for my tastes.

Mini Lunch (for a more filling meal)
- Makki De Roti and Sag ($6.25): 2 sheets of corn meal tortilla bread with spinach sag. I liked the buttery spinach a lot but not a fan of the corn meal bread.
- Chana Bhatura ($5.25): I "think" this is what we had. Not quite sure the name, but it was 2 puffy fried wheat bread circles that came with a side of chick peas. I loved the puffy bread. It wasn't quite naan nor roti. It was different b/c it arrived so big and puffy. Eventually it deflated to a delicious softness, great for tearing up and dipping and picking up the sag or chickpeas. Mmm.

We had lots of leftovers. The waiters chuckled at our exuberant order but it was our first time and everything looked amazing. And honestly, it was all very good. Definitely worth trying. Great to come with someone who knows what's what, but not necessary if you want an adventurous eating experience.

Come with a big stomach!

My Work-buddy Vegamatarians love to Love on this place, and I love to Hate on it.

Why?

Crappy service and/or kitchen losing track of orders. We have had them completely forget part of, or an entire order for a person in a party, twice now--while we finish our meals and then, remind them, and then sit and wait uncomfortably for that one person's dish. I have also seen them have to bring other party's food late, while they sit there with empty dishes for like 10 minutes, awkwardly trying to converse, as well. My buds claim it has only happened once. I KNOW it happened at least twice. I've been there about 5 times now (so it's almost 50% for me), and I refuse to go any more.

Restaurant management is one of my main criteria for judging a restaurant. Food should be a forgone conclusion. The reason you go out and pay for something you could make at home, is to get "served" food. The food at Chaat Paradise is just OK, I can eat this well--or better-- at home, any day. But to pay to have crap for service with food that is not worth the wait?

"Just say no" to bad restaurant management.

i was a last minute addition to grab dinner with a new group of friends... i have a love-hate with indian cuisine, for about a year and a half, twice a week work would supply indian lunch because they didn't allow us to go out for lunch, by the time the food (in bulk) appears at work, it's cold and greasy.

so this was my first indian meal in over a year. it's not the food, it's the negative association of bad memories that's kept me away...

BACK TO THE FOOD... i'm a carnivore, so when i hear 'vegetarian' i was willing to give it a try but totally thought i'd miss my meat...

and i didn't!

we had some appertizer/snack that was sooo good. it was a mix of crispy rice-things with veggies and lentils and mung beans and looked a bit intimidating in green but was delicious!

I had the Hara Bhara Paratha which is this roti filled inside with potatos and califlower, crispy outside. I also ordered the sag paneer (mashed spinach and cheese) which was very flavorful. I should've ordered rice to go with it but it was way too much food for me!! I also tried their mango lassi which is decent for mango lassi. I love yogurt but am not a drinking-yogurt fan in general.

The food came out really quick and pipping hot, and very delicious.  i managed to wrangled my fork for a bite of almost everyone's dishes - you know me, i'm a good dinner guest that way! so i was able to try a bite of the okra dish, and the eggplant one was one of the table's favorites, chili paneer..

so considering i had bad memories associated with indian food prior, and i'm a very serious carnivore, this place is indeed 4-star-worthy. It's the kind of little place that only the locals know about, but the food will make you remember that delicious indian vegetarian experience long after you've left. great job Chaat Paradise, i shall see you again!

I'm on a vegetarian mode right now.  Hence, I find myself eating alot more Indian food.  For me, Indian veggie food is the best, simply because it is packed with so much flavor.

I like Chaat Paradise because there is so much variety of vegetarian dishes to choose from.  I found the thali to be quite tasty with all the little samples of different dishes to try.  A bit of curry, some potatoes, slightly sour soup, yogurt, etc. I would have liked more naan but then I don't need all the carbs, so I didnt ask for more.   The thali comes with a complimentary chai.  Not bad.

However, I didn't like the veggie biryani rice much.  The rice was a bit al dente for my taste.  The flavors of all the spices didnt quite mix well.  The veggies were likely frozen as they were limp and a bit soggy.

Good, prompt service.  Very authentic, 99% of the diners were Indian.

More like 3.5 stars.

This place was packed on a Friday afternoon at 1, and we happily squeezed into a little table between other customers. This is only my 3rd time having Indian food, and my 1st time ordering for myself. The service was great, quick, attentive, helpful, friendly. Not sure about others complaints, for a small busy place I was totally satisfied.

We had...
Samosas... mashed potato and peas with seasonings fried in a little shell, surprisingly tasty and so good.
Mixed panacha?? Another appetizer...
chili paneer YUM
some sort of rice pudding dessert since they were out of every other dessert on their menu, not cool.
I think the rota or whatever the little corn tortilla things are should be complimentary, they were over a dollar for ONE. Who pays for ONE tiny corn tortilla? Weird.
But I left full and happy, and it was totally affordable!

The Bhel Puri is awesome! I went with a friend who isn't very selective about what he eats, so I didn't know what to expect. He got an order of the Bhel Puri and I ate almost half of it because it was so good!

I also had the Masala Puri, which I have never heard of nor had before. The description was right on! It was an excellent puri with masala in the dough that came with these incredibly delicately spiced yet tasty potatoes! So good.

What's bad about the place? Not much atmosphere and it's incredibly bright because of sunlight. What's good? Excellent food. Really, really good. Try all the chaat stuff, I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

I'm an idiot, so the first words I send to my kind hostess of the evening, who thoughtfully offered to order on everyone's behalf, "Well, I'm fine with almost anything, but would prefer a mix of veg and meat dishes and..." just then I realized D'OH, this is a *vegetarian* restaurant.

And a tasty one it is, too :).  I'm not very well-versed in veg Indian cuisine, but I found quite a few dishes that I enjoyed here, and the spiciness was just about right for my palate.  The mango lassi was refreshing and not overly sweet, the service was quite good (our water glasses were refilled many times), and the price was pretty reasonable considering how many dishes our group ordered.

I still prefer north Indian cuisine, I think, but would be up for trying this place again.

I regularly order takeouts from this restaurant. Pretty good for chaat and north indian curries. Roti is not that good though. Thali is decent. I find this better than Chaat House. Easy access near highway 85. Curries are not oily or too spicy and you dont have to worry about the restaurant hygiene. Menu is not too expensive. I recommend it.

I am so glad my co-worker took me here for lunch.  My new favorite food discovery is chaat!  My co-worker, who is Indian, told me that she's heard it coined "Indian nachos."  It's a cold appetizer with goodies all over these "chips" of some sort.

I don't remember the name of the specific chaat we got, since I didn't order the food, but it was good.  We also got  an eggplant dish (that's been mashed together), naan and some other delicious food.  I will update this when I get more info on exactly what we ate, but i'd be happy to come back here on my own and just pick some items off the menu.  Really, it's that good!  Service is meh, so prepare to pester the wait staff if you need anything more than what you initiialy order.

Chaat Paradise and indeed so, the food is paradizeee. A little education about Chaats: " a chaat is plate of savoury snacks, typically served at road-side tracks from stalls or carts in India, Pakistan and the rest of South Asia."

Chaats are great appetizers and especially during the summer as they usually come mixed in cold yogurt.

At Chaat Paradise try the Chaat Basket at the very bottom of the menu (first page I believe). Its terrific and can be shared b/w two people. The samosas are terrific and so is the lassee.

The location can easily be missed. It is in the corner nicely tucked away, towards the very end adjacent to Walgreens. There is a golf used good store near by.

It can get crowded on the weekends, but i haven't really had to wait to long for a table.

Pay up front after you are done. Enjoy

5 stars for food, 5 stars for catering, 2 stars for atmosphere and service.  I'm ignoring the obvious fact that that averages to under 5 stars and giving them 5 stars anyway for (a) having way better, way cheaper food than Amber India (which seems to have been crowned the pinnacle of Indian food on the Peninsula) and (b) doing an awesome job catering my wedding picnic.

These are our favorite things:
Samosas ($2.5)
Masala Bhindi (6 bucks)
Baigan Bhartha (6 bucks)
Dal Makhani (6 bucks)

My partner and I get the above dishes to go, make a bunch of basmati rice in the rice cooker, and eat for 3 days.  Do you remember that children's book, Strega Nona, where the magic pasta pot keeps making endless pasta?  Take out from Chaat Paradise is sort of like that -- we eat and eat, and barely make a dent in our generous take out portions.  Very good for our budget.

We did not find eating there to be a very pleasant experience, however.  The service was not so great and the place has a bit of a cafeteria feel.

We asked them to cater our wedding picnic, and we had no problems at all.  They made more food than we even asked -- so generous again with their portions.  We got our favorite dishes (see above) along with rice, naan, and papadum.  We picked it up and they had everything ready on time, with serving dishes, sterno, and serving utensils ready to go.  Even on our very modest budget, we got an amazing spread that our guests raved about.  We had so much food that our guests stuffed themselves and we still had bountiful leftovers (the Strega Nona "problem" again).  Thank you, Chaat Paradise!

Best paranthaas in the town. Aloo and Gobhi paranthaas are the best here. Service is a little shady but paranthas make up for that.

Came back again and tried the following items:

1) Aloo tikki - loved this dish, the aloo was well seasoned and spiced, and shaped into a giant patty (instead of the usual small patty pieces) and came with delicious garbanzo beans with cilantro -yum!

2) Dal stuffed paratha - a bit too salty, and the texture of the dal was dry and crumbly; not a huge fan of this, but the paratha itself was good

3) Channa bhatura - comes with two giant bhatura - not very oily, but hearty and so good; I like that it wasn't dripping in oil and didn't make me feel like I was going to have a heart attack

3) Pani puri - mmm, love the spicy mint water!

Another tasty meal!

Went here on a Thursday night and the place was busy but still one or two empty tables which was enough for my group of 3 plus me.

I ordered light. I had a "Dalebi" sandwich which is basically a hamburger bread with seasoned spicy potatoes. It was very good and worth having again.

The rest of my group seemed impressed as well with their food. For 4 of us the price was under $25.

Food is authentic.  If you are coming here to get naan and creamy curry laden dishes - step away from this place.  If you want classical indian food that isn't all naan and curry - this place makes it like my mom does.  Roti is served fresh, the vegetable dishes are perfectly seasoned.  Samosas are made like they do in India.  I definately recommend getting a thali (which is a like a combo meal with a little bit of many items).

I brought a colleague (who happens to be white from denver, co) and he loved everything but the pickled items.  Get your hands dirty and have some authentic food that costs barely nothing (compared to the typical indo-american places everywhere).

I don't know about this place being paradise, but it was pretty $#&(/* good.

Located in a shopping center with a Walgreens, golf shop, grocery store, and bunch of other stores, it's hard to find.  There's yellow and orange walls with a statue of a large elephant and naked woman at the front door.  The waiters wore yellow shirts w/jeans.

Dahi Bateta Sev Poori was sooo good.  They packaged my to go order with it and the wet stuff separate....perfect....they didn't get soggy.

Had no time to try the eggplant during lunch.  It's sitting in the fridge right now.  Will try for dinner.

I'm not a vegetarian, and generally don't care for vegetarian food, but this place is really really good!  the food is tasty and spicy.  I always go with indian friends who I let order for me, so I honestly couldn't tell you what I get half the time but I have yet to find anything I didn't like.

The service can be a little slow, but its usually because they're always so busy so its excusable.

Keep an open mind and try something you dont know how to pronounce,  it'll be tasty!

I'm not an expert on Indian food, but even when I'm not in the mood for it... its yummy.
I always get Chaat Paradise chaat basket (they remind me of mini tostados but yummier!! ) and sag paneer (mashed spinach and goat cheese) with an order of Paratha.
The Bhel-puri is yummy too!!
Its super casual and can get super busy for lunch and dinner.

Their chaat is awesome...and they have so many different kinds.  I like the Pani Puri the best.  Their Aloo Parathas are giant and yummy too.  The other food...well it's okay, but not great.

Service is pretty bad - they take your order, bring you your food, and then sort of forget about you, but I don't expect great service in a joint like this.

Love the huge statue of Hanuman :)

I probably should have stuck with the chaat section of the menu.

Instead, I got the bhel thali, which started strong with bhel puri, and proceeded to a mediocre thali of
1 papad
2 rotis
1 mattar paneer
1 aloo gobi
2 types of dal (thick green/black north indian style, 'classic' beige)
1 raita
1 kheer

A respectable selling point for this place is that it is like home food -- at least to the extent that everything isn't swimming in creamy over-rich goop and accompanied by white / all-purpose flour-based breads.  But I felt that all of the vegetable dishes were under spiced, the mattar paneer a tad sweet (big pet peeve of mine although I know others like some sweetness in their savory dishes). None of the flavors post-bhel really popped, although I have to admit that a) I smoke too much and b) the chutneys in the bhel may have burdened my taste buds.

I will go back to try their two snack special, because I certainly enjoyed the bhel.  Service is as described in all the reviews here; the first thing any waiter said to me was (in an indian accent), "didja get a menu yet?" and then (2 mins later) "whadja want?"  But I don't care about service all that much.

TIP: ask for pickle/achaar/urugai/whatever and they bring you, free, a multi-compartment tray with pickled onions, pachranga (mixed veg pickled in mustard oil), lemon wedges,  and sliced green chilies.  It's the little victories that get you through bland meals, after all.

We went here on the recommendation of my boyfriend's Indian coworker. And I'm very glad we did. We had a variety of dishes all of which were very tasty. In particular we really enjoyed the Mixed Pakora and the Aloo Masala and I believe it was the Kofta Curry. Also, this was my first experience with Indian desserts we had Kheer and the Ras Malai. Even though I usually don't like that kind of cheese texture in my food, I particularly liked the Ras Malai.
