The customer service in this place is awful. I will admit they have a pretty good size collection of jewelry, but we walked around awhile before anyone even talked to us, and when this lady finally did say something to us, she was very rude. My husband and I look young, but we are not kids, and I would expect to be treated a little nicer. We found these anniversary rings we were interested in, but decided we would not spend out money at this place. There are plenty of other great jewelry stores, and independent jewelers that are much more helpful. I doubt I will ever buy anything here.
Why do I rate this place 5 Stars!
1. The best jewelry lines & the ultra high end that you can get from Hearts on Fire, Lazare, A. Link, Roberto Coin, Alan Friedman, Daniel K., Neil Joseph, Bez Amber, Bvlgari, DiModolo, Mimi So, Piaget, just to name a few!
2. The best collections of time pieces in the South Bay up to the Peninsula: Chopard, Breguet, Vacheron Constantin, Jaeger leCoultre, Franck Muller, Harry Winston, Patek Philippe, Piaget, Giraud Perregeaux, Zenith, Roger Dubuis, & that just to name a few!
3. The loose diamond collection & fancy color diamonds & all are certified by GIA or AGS ONLY.
4. Because of CH Premier, I decided to attend Gemological Institute of America & I'm proudly a GIA graduated now (this is not even my main job) ;-) in short, I'm 1 of the private consultants for CH in the last 6 years!
When a store this high end, most customers know EXACTLY what model he/she is looking for, they don't come here for service, but for admiring the collections, mainly!
1 of the BEST ultra fine high end jewelry & timepieces stores of the West! Don't take my words for it, take a tour next time you visit West Field Valley Fair Mall, they are located between to Louis Vuitton & BCBG!

Excellent customer service here, once you get the attention of an associate. Dinged off half a star because we had to wait around for a while before someone was available to help us. Seems to me that a place like CH that carries lines like Bulgari, Hearts on Fire, Chopard and Piaget ought to bring in a few more associates on the weekends . . .
The bf and I were shopping there for a ring for his birthday present (he wanted on of those Piaget Possession collection rings), and the sales associate was really helpful and patient. She brought out the rings in the case as well as a catalog with all the rings they didn't have in-store.
The one weird thing was, the price tags on some the rings from the case didn't match the prices listed in the catalogs, which sort of disconcerted me. However, she did quote me the lower of the two prices when I asked, so I suppose that's OK. As it turns out, you can negotiate the prices at CH, which i found *highly* unusual for a high end jewelry store . . . that whole part of the buying experience sort of disconcerted me, so ding another half star :/
Spotty customer service when my wife and I came in a few times...at times we would be lucky and get a good sales associate that was helpful and willing to show us the items we like, but on our last visit, the sales people were indifferent (one was downright arrogant) and refused to show us any items or offer to place items on order for us (which they offered to us previous times we were there). Too bad for them, because that last time was when we made our decision and wanted to purchase, so we had to reluctantly continue our search elsewhere (but fortunately we went to Shreve & Co in SF and made our purchases). We also noticed that their inventory control is a bit strange, sometimes they display a wide selection of a particular line, but the next week or so, it would significantly shrink in size or another line would be in its place. Not sure if they put their mid-to-high end items on rotation or not, but most of the jewelers we have been to don't rotate their display pieces THAT often. Their quoted prices seem to be comparable with everyone else, but since this is an Asian-owned business, you should be able to bargain with them on price (but we never got to that stage).
