One of the original "Syufy Domes" left that I know of that got sold into the Century Theatres empire. Fourteen screens gives a decent amount of selection. Just be careful in the summer because the place is old enough where I've seen the air conditioning give. You don't want to be in any building in Sacramento in the summer with no air conditioning.

Smells like feet.

Rugrat hangout.

Someone tried to jimmy the lock on my passenger door one Christmas season.

Good popcorn.

This is the only theatre I've seen of its kind.  It is literally a dome with super high ceilings.  And if you get a movie that is in the main dome, it is twice the size as most screens.  Even the smaller domes are larger than the newer dinky cookie cutter Century theatres.  This place totally redefines stadium seating.

The bathrooms aren't as new or as clean as others or as large. But I'm here for the movie and not the bathroom.

These theatres are pretty neat.  There are tons of seats!

There are several dome shape theatres in the complex and it's kind of confusing to figure out which theatre you should be heading to.  The lady who sold us the tickets gave poor directions.

I like how the ceiling is a dome so it's super high, like a planetarium.  The seats are fairly comfortable and the sound is awesome.  There must be speakers all over the place - during a gunfight in the movie  you could hear the bullets as though they were right next to you.  I know this because I'm in gunfights all the time.  Well, not really, but it sounded real.

The $9.75 ticket price is a little steep so I would only go back if I was desperate to see a really awesome movie.

Maybe I've been spoiled by my hometown theaters, but there really isn't a whole lot to boast about. You never know which theater/dome/whatever you want to call it is playing the movie you want to see until you get there. They don't even offer student discounts--I've never heard of such a thing. The bathrooms weren't clean, but the theater itself was fine. The chairs were comfortable enough and the "movie experience" is good enough, but I'd only come during matinee hours to avoid the $10/ticket. Overall, it's okay.

I like this theater better than the Regal Theaters (at Arden Fair Mall).  Many of the theaters are larger than the Regal ones, and I prefer the concession offerings here as well.  Hot dogs are good and the popcorn is excellent (extra butter, please).  The hot dogs at Regal are a little salty for my taste, and the popcorn is so-so.  The downside is that this theater does not give student discounts like Regal does (that may be a plus for some people) and it seems busier at Century.  But the seats are much more comfortable at Century so I think that makes up for it.  (I think all the seats here have cup holders, hooray!)
Overall, I enjoy my movies more when I go to this theater; I just wish that it wasn't so expensive.  Matinee is a little cheaper, though, and if you can make it during those times, I would recommend it.
