I'm probably here like twice a week, at least. Breakfast is good. The staff is really sweet. Food is just a little pricey. $3 for a hot dog?!?

Review from Jamie M.
When I needed to grab something quick and get back up to my desk this was my favorite place to stop. Their grilled cheese is satisfactory and they have those wedge potato fries (they give you waaaaay too many). The employees are pretty friendly and prices are average for the Century Center. The only bad: They also have this little dessert case with chocolate, carrot, and cheesecake in it so I always went back to work thinking about sugar...

Average food at best but they make up for it with speedy service in comparison to other food establishments within Century Center. (Crystal Convenience, New Yorker Delhi, Cafe 59). For the most part, their sandwiches aren't all that great and you could probably do better getting something from a place further down the block like the Au Bon Pain or Plaza Gourmet. Their subs also carry some extra seasoning/sauce that adds an additional "flavor" that I don't ever recall ever tasting before and is EXTREMELY nasty. If you compare a simple Cold Cut Turkey sub made at any other Deli, I can guarantee you will never encounter this type of seasoning. Also never order their french fries. The Steak Cut French Fries are full of salt and WAY TOO BIG. A single order of fries could serve as a meal in itself. Seating used to be cover a larger area but they relocated to a smaller space and now only have a couple of booths for people to dine in. All in all, they are one of the few remaining delis that people can walk in without reservations remaining in Crystal City since the landlord (Vornado/Charles E. Smith) is constructing new office space as part of its citywide "revitalization effort" and this causing small businesses to relocate to other parts of the building or close up entirely. Its disgusting to think corporate interest is causing small businesses to suffer but this isn't exactly surprising since we're located right near our nation's capital where rent is traditionally high and also due to the recent slow down in the economy.
