This weekly rental is locally placed just a few blocks from the main street. This three story house can be rented out by one large group or can be broken into two separate rentals. One rental uses the lower two floors with the remaining third floor being the other rental. There is a detached building in the rear called the cottage which is also available for rent. The cottage sleeps four with two on a put out couch. The main house can sleep eight. Each bedroom has their own fabulously tiled bathroom with walk in showers. There is a large front porch and rear decks off of every floor. The kitchen has a commercial dishwasher which blasts out a load of dishes in less than three minutes. There are wood floors and tile floors throughout the house. Soft leather seating in the living room.

A weekly rental is better priced to that of a B&B. However, you do need to do more of the work yourself.
