This is a good shop with nice people. They fixed my car up right and gave me a free Diet Coke, too. I admit that a free Diet Coke will pretty much earn anyone an extra star, but the people were genuinely friendly and explained things well, too.
Seriously, they must explain their process 100's of times a month, so to do it as if it's new (as it is to the client) is a skill many an apathetic customer service person would not be able to deliver. Well done, Center City Collision! And thanks for the Diet Coke! -

This place is great. I was rear ended and then backed up into all in one week and I needed to get two repairs done. I went to Center City Collision and the repair process couldn't have been easier. They handled the insurance companies perfectly and even arranged for a rental car to be there at the time of my drop-off.
They just started a new service where they will send you photos updates of your repair via text and e-mail...how cool is that? You can watch your car go through the body work! They also give the car a wonderful wash and wax when they complete the work which I greatly appreciate.
Please give them a try if you need any body work done and you'll be referring your friends too! -

We recently took our minivan here because it got rear ended. Not only did Kevin and the crew do a great job, but they were professional and honest about everything from start to finish.
We live in Florence, and felt the service was so good here, we were willing to travel to Norwood to get the work done. Certainly worth your time if you are in need. -

I took my car in today to get an estimate. The helpful and friendly owner, Kevin, did my estimate and made me feel better right away. My State Farm insurance agent recommended the shop to me. I was hit during a storm by a semi that rolled back into my new car. The semi didn't stop because they didn't even notice that they hit me. The damage appears minimal at first but upon second look is more than you would think. I also had a slight problem with my trunk and Kevin will fix that for free or let me buy the hinge I need at cost. I felt much better after visiting Center City Collision and know they will do a great job. If not, I'll let you know. :)
My car turned out perfect, good as new and simple! The rental car was waiting when I dropped my car off. I hope I don't have to return but if so at least I know there's a place that can make a bad situation better. -

You probably go here in a bad mood, since your car has been dinged, scratched, smashed, or otherwise molested. I was fortunate that insurance was covering mine, and I think they were glad, too, as they gave a more generous estimate of how much time it would take to un-dent my vehicle.
I was a little disappointed at how long it took, since, I didn't need to have it fixed to be able to drive. I wish they could have just told me when they'd fit it in, then I'd bring it then. As it was, I was wheelless for a few days, which worked out, but seemed like a needless hassle. If nothing else, it encouraged me not to let unknown persons back into my car and drive off. Because I can control that.
Anyway, it looked as good as new and didn't cost me much (yay insurance), so I can't complain. -
