If there was a negative star system, this place would get as many negatives as possible. If you enjoy bed bugs, trashy management that straight up lie go ahead and move in here. When you move out they claim they make repairs that they never did, when I moved in there was not a screen door on either of the doors and once I moved out they claimed they had to replace the nonexistent screen door for $150 plus a shitload of other things that were completely untrue. The managers are completely trashy and unprofessional and the trailer park itself is disgusting

Went into it with an great outlook and were very hopeful but our hopes came crashing down when the management was unable to cooperate with us. We are young renters who love to travel and Grand Rapids was our next stop, but the management couldn't see past that we were relocating 3 1/2 hours from the northern part of the state and that we can't take our jobs with us. Understanding the fact that my significant other was transferring through the same company, their refusal to cooperate was unbelievable. Their reasoning for denial was inadequate. And whoever Stephanie is, I wouldn't know, because I waited on a call back from her for 2 days and heard nothing. I constantly had to retell my moving story to several employees who all ceased to help and make the situation easier. It's not like we are trying to rent a $2000/month house in Ann Arbor and need some outstanding report for the move. This was two younger people being discriminated against because we were younger, and moving into a new area. So all in all, if you're new to the area, or are trying to relocate, Cedar Springs Mobile Estates is not the place for you!

What a revamp from a few years ago. They have gotten rid of all of the troubled tenants, and have moved a bunch of brand new homes in. Really appreciate the change and plan on staying here for good :).

I lived there for fifteen years. There were good times and bad times but most of the time they treated me fairly. Most of the problems I had were from the tenants not management. There are a lot of people living there as as it would be some of them aren't very nice. This is a very small amount but there are some. Usually if you follow the rules you don't have a problem.
