Lots of cheap chotchkies. Great selection of costumes, though! Was hoping for more decor-type items, but not much there and the store is jammed so full of merchandise it was really hard to take it all in!

There's nothing remarkable about this shop-- unless we're talking about the amazingly high level of suckage.

The concept is great, really intriguing. A store that sells awesome pirate gear because, let's be truthful, you want to be a pirate!

First, the store is located in a small business building that is old and moldy smelling. The store itself is about as big as the living room in my 800 square foot house.

Second, this tiny store is packed so full that my group of four adults and two kids had no place to browse, one of the adults waited outside with a kid.

Third, there is nothing in here that can't be found on Amazon for 75% less.

Fourth, yes there's cool pirate stuff (think coats, boots, hats) but there's even more cheap worthless junk like stickers and ugly plastic toy jewelry.

Fifth, I already mentioned this but it's way overpriced.

So no thanks Matey. I call this place a hARRd pass...

Nifty little thrift store with different types of costumes and other accessories. The associates are helpful and friendly, but the prices are kind of high, and the selection can be kind of low (it's a small store). Definitely stop in and check it out, they have some pretty neat trinkets.

Pirates in Tahoe? What a weird yet fun little place.

Pirate, yes PIRATE themed gift shop in a small mall in South Lake. Friendly owner, fun trinkets. Good to kill an hour looking at tchotchkes. Bought a nice piece of costume jewelry for $20. Fair deal, fun little shop.

Yelper tip - There's an even more fancy pirate themed decor shop in the back of the mall. Check out the electric candles - the coolest I've ever seen.

Found this spot after stopping for ice cream. It's awesome and the best gift shop we visited on our road trip of the Gold Country and Sierras. There are treasures buried amongst all the costume and pirate booty. I bought a beautiful scarf, dishtowel, and clutch purse and my husband finally found a pair of Elvis glasses. And on the way out we saw a great tote bag I couldn't leave without, so back in again to make another purchase. It was totally unexpected, and if you're like us who love to explore, this is a great place. Too bad we don't live close for Halloween!

So, I seriously spent maybe ten minutes in here while my friends spent half an hour... thus the, I am sitting here bored, check in on Yelp! The prices were high to me, but did give my one friend, who is a costume designer, some ideas and thoughts, but said he could get it cheaper online. I did not find the sales clerk very happy or helpful, but then again, if I had customers coming in saying ARRRR to me, I don't know if I would be either.

This place rocks! Tons of gag gifts, collectibles and neat stuff you won't find anywhere else in Tahoe. PLUS it is not ALL pirate stuff- they have cool jewelry, clothes and costumes. Lots of fun stuff for kids & adults.

This store has everything Pirate you could ever think of. I love Pirate & Mermaid themed keepsakes and decor. Shopping here you could have a Pirate theme throughout your entire house, wardrobe and car. I can spend hours finding all of the treasures in there.
