Sophisticated selection of unique designers not often found in the US.  The clothes are pretty fab, and are the *only* reason to visit the store -- mostly because they aren't carried anywhere else.  Parisian shop assistants are more friendly then the lady who was running the place.  And, um, helloooo? You're in Mill Valley.

The pickiest buyer in Marin County. She's buying 2 years or more ahead of the curve so you may not "get it" if you walk in off the street for the first time. It's a small spot so you have to frequent it on a regular basis as they only order limited quantities and the good deals are OFTEN but go quick!
She was the first to carry Diane Von Furstenburg upon her return of the wrap dress(which she no longer carries),the first to sell trenchcoats before Burberry brought back their iconic item, carries the unique Swedish line of Golf/Sports/Fashion wear J. Lindberg (before Jesper Parnevek wore his pink pants on the playing field), Martin Margiela 6, Vivienne Westwood, the newest jeans you'll hear about in a year and famous for carrying Indian Kurtas year round.
Caters to every age group and totally Unique in Marin is hard to be!
Ask them to call you when stuff comes in is the best bet to getting access to all the goodies!
