I often take people to the emergency room through my job. These people are sick and most of the time scared to death. CVMC has changed there Emergency Room intake in the past few months. I never thought they could find a way to slow down the process: alas, they have. I've sat in ER for the entire night many times. The only good news is they put flat screen TV's in all the ER rooms (Yes, you heard me). If I were with a family member I probably would turn into a witch without the w (you Know).
