OK, well, I always pay cash, always get it to-go, and I always call in my order ahead of time. So I guess I have averted many of the issues associated with this joint. I don't recall seeing any credit card/debit signs.
Fortunately, my food has always been very good and fresh, the falafels were amazing...love the veggie combo and kufta kabob. I got lunch for the office here a few weeks ago, and my husband said "god this is good, why don't we get this more often??"
Hard to be a business owner, especially in WG...rents are high and foot traffice can be meh depending on the mood. I am grateful that Fawaz has been good to me, service and food wise, and I'm sure he's grateful that I show my support...I hope other patrons have a good experience as well.
I am amazed this place is still in business with the quality of the food overall. My first visit here a couple of years ago was actually descent but my second visit this past weekend was somewhat embarrassing for me since I take pride in my own national cuisine which the owner Fahwaz states he serves but it was just god awful. the chicken was the WORST chicken I have ever tasted - it's pretty hard to mess up chicken but here it seems to be an art form. the gyro plate was quite salty according to my wife and my falafel sandwich must have been the only saving grace which was still not exceptional.
to add to the gastronomical insults, the owner was quite bitchy and cranky. as if the joint is zagat-rated...
never again -
Positives:
Great food at an affordable price. Went for my first time last week and ordered a gyro. Nice and hot, tender meat, great tasting sauce, fresh vegetables. I've been craving another ever since I left. Open until 9 everyday even though everything else closes on Willow Glen. Plenty of seating inside, with some seating outside.
Negatives:
Cash only, but I suppose that keeps the prices down. Can get hot inside (no ac I guess).
Very tasty Gyro meat...reminds me of the Gyros we would get at the fair back home...also, his hummus is FANTASTIC...love the hummus/veggie plate, so simple but very delicious. No credit cards, so bring cash, and I always get the food to go, unless it's a nice day and you can sit at one of the tables outside (the interior decor is pretty lacking)...parking is available on the street usually, and its rarely super busy, so service is quick...overall, I will be back for lunch again soon!
Have you ever seen the Mad TV sketch (one of the only funny ones on that show) called "Depressed Persian Tow Truck Driver"? The owner is kind of like that, only swap Persian for Arab and Tow Truck Driver with Restaurant Owner. Honestly, I think Fawazz is really sweet and nice, and entertaining. I can see why people would be annoyed though, based on the experiences described here on yelp. You kind of have to take the sass with a grain of salt. He's a minor celebrity in San Jose, something to be experienced like Seinfeld's Soup Nazi. Perhaps he should really just take those credit card signs down and say cash only, problem averted.

Went here last week - got the usual Greek Salad. Yes I still like it. What I dont like is how the one man band has grown a little more koo-koo, specially since Opa opened. Which would make sense if he wanted to drive his customers away....but if your competition is down the street, dont you want to go out of your way to keep your fans? guess not.
On top of his surly "screw you no gyro for you" attitude - I was turned off and grossed out by the ancient mediterranean artifacts known as food on the shelves - expired two year old canned stuff, moldy bread and WTF was that with Arabic writing on it with two inches of dust on top.....um gross.....Im not sure what that stuff is doing there and only hope it is his version of the Smithsonian exhibit on old world foods gone bad.

after reading many of the reviews, i guess the moral of this story is, if you can when coming here, pay in cash!! Also, interactions are a two way street. I'd be grumpy too if I had to deal with some of the entitled snots that prance around willow glen. on the other hand, if he only wants cash, the credit card signs should come down.
luckily for the purposes of my first visit, I had the $6 and change to pay for my gyro . It was so damn good (I'm trying the falafel and humus next!!) that I will suck it up, and try to remember that carrying cash will continue to make my experience at casablancas a positive one :)

I am APPALLED by the lack of professionalism and insolence exhibited by the owner of this place. Some yelpers on here are sticking up for him; Come on!! There is just no making excuses for this guy!!
I ordered my food, and he asked me if I would be paying with cash. I said no, my debit card. He looked at me with exasperation and shook his head in disbelief. I told him " there is a sign on the register stating that cash and debit cards are accepted." He replied "make it easy for me, it's a hassle having to type in all of these numbers. Debit may be easy for you, but not for me".
I just gave you $25 of business. The nerve!! I kept quiet. That's okay, I don't get mad. I get yelp-dot-com even :)
He finished me off with "Do me a favor, pay with cash next time. I need to stay in business". And he threw down the the paper for me to sign. Well, if you want to stay in business, then learn how to conduct business, Mr. Fawaz.
This is my second time patronizing this place. I had witnessed him say the same thing to another customer, the prior visit.. So, he'd rather lose a customer than punch in a few digits on the credit card machine? This man had humiliated me in front of all of the customers behind me.
My boyfriend came in and told him off. That served him right. This rude man was able to feel the humilaiation that he made me feel.
Debit card holders, beware!

Given the context that's in Willow Glen, San Jose; this place is deserving of four stars. Not for the unappetizing can food that is displayed, the ancient fake flowers that have changed color due to age, or the fluorescent lighting (the list can go on...)
This place has heart. Unlike trendy Opa across the street, this man is the embodiment of being earnest. He is working to support five children in his home country. Yes, he is a stoic but I prefer that over the pseudo-friendliness of waiters that are PAID to be "nice" (in the end they usually make fun of customers in the backroom). I appreciate Fawaz's authenticity and his food. The lamb gyro was delicious and reasonably priced. For a starving college student, this place hits the spot.
I paid in cash and think others should. He has two SIGNS that explicitly say, "please pay in cash." Wells Fargo, Chase, and Bank of America are within walking distance! And the gyros are under $10 so pocket change will suffice.
He let's customers eat without being bothersome (extra points). This place is great to sit outside with great company and enjoy some fulfilling gyros. On a side note, I worry about this place in the SJ summer. I don't think he has AC and the place gets stuffy and its only spring.

Okay food. Not fresh, the food is taken from a fridge, thrown in a lavosh and heated up on a Panini press.
Surly owner.
Ugly decor. Think Beruit during war.

Ah, if you're not a snob and can handle older chairs and stool seating, hit up Casablancas for some excellent humus and Gyro plates! You'll get personal service and some great food that's surely going to have you going back for more.
I love spicy food but always request the hot sauce on the side, it's HOT!
They take credit cards but bring cash, it's just easier.
Sure he might be a bit stressed by the crappy economy and competition created by Opa! (along the same lines as Monsieur Beans vs. Starbucks), and sure the shelved non-perishables and bread might have seen better days. Give the guy a break. His food is DELICIOUS.
He makes everything fresh, is always friendly and always remembers my favorite thing to order (the vegetarian deluxe sandwich, though recently I've also been ordering the dolma sandwich). I like that he's open fairly late too (one of the few places on Lincoln Ave).
Now, I think if he advertised a little better, was more up front about only accepting cash, invested a little more in sprucing the place up a bit, and maintained the shelved goods he just might blow Opa! out of the water.
I like having him around and wouldn't want to loose him to the flashy new Greek food place across the street.

I went here for the first time the other day and ordered a falafel. I was a little disappointed because it looks like they don't clean out their panini grill very well because all i could smell was beef when I was eating my falafel and I think there was beef remnants on the lavosh wrap . I ended up eating only the inside of the sandwich which i thought was good.
"mMmm Hummus MmMmm!"
[First impression]
Simple. Very simple.
The owner runs the place and prepares the food all on his own. At first, he may seem a bit stand- off ish, but once we started talking to him, he's just normal; funny at times with his quirky remarks and sense of humor. Or lack of-- hard to tell but we didn't think much of it. Seem nice. The food is very generous in servings and the price is affordable. It may not be the prettiest restaurant on the block, but who needs pretty when you've got good food?!
[Suggestion]
*Hummus- one of the best
*Chicken Shawarma
[Tips]
Don't judge. Just try it.
I live in Campbell and often head into Willow Glen just to eat here. I think I've ordered just about everything on the menu at one time or another. Seriously, you just can't go wrong with anything on the menu, but some favorites are the Kufta, Gyros, and Baba Ganoush.
Fawaz, the owner prepares everything himself and single-handedly runs the place. It might not be the prettiest restaurant in Willow Glen but the food is much better than most of the other local restaurants and at a fraction of the cost. Besides, it warms my cold dead heart to see him doing well despite the decor/ambiance.

I LOVE this place. My BF and I live in Willow Glen and whenever we want fast, good food we head here. We both get the Gyro.
As for the Owner, I just think he's misunderstood. He's a quiet man who has really opened up to us. Once you get to know him he's quite delightful!

The food is great! Yes, he does love cash, but in this economy which small business isn't trying to save money here and there? The place is not "chic" or "modern" looking by any means but the owner was VERY sweet and attentive.
So bring cash and eat some AWESOME food!! BTW, the hummus is to die for!
I went to lunch there today.
Wow... Great Soup.... Great Pita.
This is a real gem in Willow Glen.
Tried the Gyro a couple of times and it was very good.
The service is mediocre, not the friendliest in town but the food is good so I can over look the unfriendly face of the owner. Being that he is the owner I would think that he would smile more...
Not a welcoming place to sit and eat, well maybe the tables outside are a little better since you have Lincoln Ave. to people watch. Definitely a to go place.
One thing I do have to agree with... take cash otherwise the owner is not the happiest guy.
Okay, so I don't think I'll say anything terribly new about this place. Everyone else seems to have it covered from the crazy décor (or lack of), the grumpy owner (although I have made him smile...although, I'm sure he was laughing AT me), the heat in the summer and the many other "issues." But like one person said it is ALLLL about the food.
When I first went here it was to have a Gyro. I LOVE GYROS!!! The 2 main reasons are for the delicious meat and the creamy, tasty cucumber yogurt sauce. (I even keep a Costco vat of tzatziki in my fridge.) What I got from Casablanca's was not quite what I expected but it was really good. It was more like a VERY large burrito than the usual gyro I am familiar with....even though there is a picture of the typical gyro on the door. The one thing I did not like in the gyro was the pickled cabbage inside. Definitely not my preference. The price for what you get, though, is an amazing value.
Since that first experience I have discovered the gyro plate. EUREKA!!! Getting rid of the carbs and getting a hearty portion of meat and tzatziki sauce piled high on a nice bed of deliciously flavored rice. (My delicate palate cannot handle the hot sauce but my friends all love it.) If you eat there you get a side salad but if you get it to go you don't get a salad but you get a larger portion of the good stuff! He he I have also had their hummus at some events and it is also exceptional!
If you aren't too high maintenance (LOL) and you enjoy good food definitely stop by Casablanca's!
Like everyone said...use CASH. He'll give you hell if you want to pay with a card. HA HA HA

ya'll are a bunch of masochists, for REALZ. the guy that runs this place is a hands down total freak and possibly completely insane. in every other review it's someone complaining about offering a credit card based on the sign on the door AND on the register only to be accused of running him out of business. seriously? did he just say that to me?? my husband almost clocked him. i just paid you 30 bucks for take-out falafel and my measly credit card fee is putting you out of business? no way buddy, your piss poor attitude, filthy store and mediocre food is what's keeping your customers away. i'm sorry, but with that attitude mr.fawaz your food should should be other worldly and i'm afraid it's about the quality of what you'd find under a heat lamp in any NYC bodega.
may i suggest falafel drive- in for better falafel and banana shakes or opa! for better gyros and a freaking SMILE??

I'm not even sure if I should write a review because mine will be just the same as everyone else's - Great food, rude owner.
Despite my husband's protests, I made him pay with a debit card even though the owner obviously didn't want us to. I was not going to BofA to pay $3 to get money out of the ATM. He can grumble all he wants, but he should not put up signs that say he takes debit cards if he doesn't want you to pay with them. In fact, he even told the people at the table next to us flat out that he just doesn't take them. Weird.
The food was great, though, so I will likely go back. Sandwiches are pretty cheap ($8), kabobs and plates are around $13. The lamb kabob and gyro plates were delicious and large enough that my husband and I could have split one. The cucumber yogurt was a little spicy and delicious!
You won't be disappointed by the food, but just prepare yourself for the unfriendly owner!

The owner runs this place day in and day out. Have never seen anyone else behind the counter.
I come here for the Gyro. Much better than most of the other places in the area. Make sure you specify spicy or not depending on your taste.
The ambiance leaves something to be desired, but hey it's a basic eatery. There is outdoor seating so that's nice when you're there for lunch.
Ammendment... I recently ordered pints of the hummus for a party... I HAD NO IDEA... This place makes the best hummus I've EVER had!! I told this to my friends at the party... We were all in agreeance.. BEST EVER.
Yeah it was good. The owner dude wasn't super friendly, but he was friendly enough. The food was good, but a little bit oily. He did make it spicy when we asked for it, which was much better than other places that only do "pretend spicy" and are too afraid to add much heat. Oh.. speaking of heat...
Yeah, the place is super freakin' hot and it feels like a goddamn disgusting sauna even during a cool spell in the fall. I don't know why the guy doesn't have better air circulation in there. Maybe he likes it hot and stuffy and disgusting? God only knows how he can cook in that oppressive heat.
And for all you guys who think the owner is grumpy... I think it's more that he's just not kissing your ass the entire time. I didn't think he was grumpy at all; he just didn't put on a sh*t-eating grin when you walked in.
Let me start off first by saying I would have given this place a higher rating had I not gone to House of Falafel in Sunnyvale afterwards...
I've gone to this place 2 times, so let me share with you all each experience.
First time:
I came here with my friend before we saw Aries Spears at the Improv on a Friday night. Being our first time, it was a little hard to find and parking was pretty much a pain. Anyway, we finally found the tiny place and walked in the door.
Upon entering, we felt we were knocked upside the head by a tornado of hot air. Mind you, this was the week of 100+ degree weather. Yuck...no A/C... -1 star right off the bat. The thought of how food spoils in heat seriously passed my mind; however, we ordered anyway. We both got the lamb/beef gyro's. He asked if we wanted them spicy and we said just 1 of them.
Thank god they have like 3 tables outside because you know that's where we were heading. It was soooo much better outside. We get our food and my first thought was that mine tasted really good. My friend also liked hers until she gets mid-way through and realizes there's hot sauce in it. Poor thing...she can't handle the heat. After that she couldn't really enjoy her meal as she had to pick through all the parts that were smothered in red hot sauce.
After we were done, we decided to order a baklava for each of us. Now, this is the best one I've ever tried! Crispy, sweet, and full of pistachio's just the way I like 'em.
Now, it was time to pay. I bust out my ATM card he straight out asks me to pay with cash. WTH? There are credit card stickers on the window and a damn credit card machine right in front of me and you ask me to pay with cash? WEIRD & ANNOYING! Thankfully, my friend had cash on her, but damn....that's shady of him.
The owner just sounds waaay too cheap. No A/C and he doesn't want to pay the small merchant fee for each credit card transaction. Blehh!
Second time:
I came here a second time only because my bf had a craving for a gyro and I didn't know of any other place near our home. Thankfully it wasn't uber hot...just about 73 degrees so we managed to eat inside.
We ordered the same thing, the lamb/beef gyro. The bf enjoyed his and mine was just alright. Yea, just alright because I had gone to House of Falafel about 2 days prior. Casablanca's gyro's can't hold a candle to HOF's. The meat here tasted unflavorful and NOT fresh. I still managed to eat 3/4 of mine because I was really that hungry.
So basically this is the breakdown of my rating:
-1 star for no A/C
-1 star for not allowing me to use my ATM card when they have the capability to
-1 star for the food not being thaaat great
All in all....a fair 2!

Not much to look at, but pretty good food. We stopped here for lunch on a sunny afternoon. I was skeptical because I think Willow Glen is too white for good ethnic food. In the end, I enjoyed my lunch much more than I expected, especially the hummus plate.
The restaurant definitely needs some sprucing up. It looks barren, like an prison cafeteria (no personal experience), which cannot be helping their sales. As we sat there, several groups peeked in, and then left. I think they missed out.
The owner was a little stand-offish too, reminded me of the Soup Nazi from Seinfeld. Maybe he just has a passion for his craft. I don't blame him.

Sure - the owner has a bit of a personality and the place lacks decor. The critical yelpers got that right. However, I don't go out to eat for a decor. I go out for the food and this guy's food is excellent. He cooks everything fresh on the spot. The humus and the Gyros are excellent. It's a great place for lunch when the weather is good. (When it's hot, the lack of AC can be uncomfortable.)
Be careful of the hot sauce though. It's pretty potent.
yah, the owner/chef/busboy/waiter/cashier/etc man can come off rough and a bit curt... but he is a very hard-working and dedicated father and husband who sacrificially runs this business for his family....
and the ambience not 5-star... but...
now onto the food: delicious baba ghannouj & kufta kabob and gyro and dolma sandwiches. love the texture of the perfectly crisp, panini-pressed bread and the hot sauce is perfect
ORGY IN MY MOUTH..... hella.
I think the Gyro Plate changed my life.
My best friend suggested I go there and grab a Gyro Plate and that it was WAY better than Yiassoo. I told her "SHUT YOUR MOUTH!" there was no way that the Gyro was better than Yiassoo. It was really hard to hear that. You think you know a person and they they just come out and tell you something like that and it just throws your entire world into upheaval. what were talking about? oh yes, the Gyro Plate
So i get the gyro plate to go. It came in this very unassuming white Styrofoam box. I opened it up and thought "uhm. its just meat and rice...wheres the rest of it?"
i opened up the tiny box that came with it and there was this purple salad stuff. I dumped it into the box with the meat and i swear to god, i think fireworks lit up Lincoln Street because once I put that into my mouth, i just about had a religious experience.
The portion was huge! (definitely can feed two people, or one of me because i eat like I'm about to hit the electric chair) and just overall incredibly tasty.
I dock one star because the guy behind the counter was kind of rude. There was the sticker on the window that says they accept visa, amex and mc. I walk up to order, the CC machine is in plain view. When I went to pay, the guy said "CASH ONLY" I looked at him and said, but you have a machine right here and there is a sign that says you accept cards...... his response? "I NEED TO MAKE SOME MONEY HERE. CASH ONLY"
fyi: it costs pennies per transaction for a merchant to use a credit card machine
..... dude, at least lie to me. tell me its broken. tell me that a Y2K bug has crippled your credit card machine and it eats the plastic cards. tell me that there is a tiny leprechaun inside the machine that steals my personal information and sells it to drug lords in Nicaragua and you are trying to help a sister out by saving me from the trouble of identity theft......something.. anything! don't tell me that your a cheapo and that's why I have to pay cash.... sheesh.

I have to agree with Sean O. stay away from the man behind the counter!!
I will not lie, the food is good. The chicken shwarma and beef shwarma, excellent and the hummus ALMOST as good as my dad makes!
But the service ABSOLUTELY horrid!!! He accused me of being broke, because my credit card wouldn't run through as a debit card. Umm duh!!The sign says they take visa, mc and amex, so why do I have to give you my debit card. After I kindly ask why he tells me he's trying to run a business.
And I can see that, by the fact that both times I went this man had not one other customer. Busy place, I can see why you need to push the few costumers you have away because you don't want to allow them to use their visa (who may charge you $.100/transaction).
Then when I asked where the pita was for my hummus, he then asked his niece if I had ordered pita. After she said yes, he very loudly says "Did you charge her for it!" Now I don't mind being charged for pita, but honestly WHO DOES THAT! It's freaking middle eastern food and pita is a stable!! It's like chips and salsa when you're grabbing Mexican grub.
Anyhow, I told them to forget about the pita and I walked down the street to La Villa and grabbed some bread from there.
If you want quick middle eastern food go to Falafel Drive Inn. This man obviously missed class the day they taught about Customer Service in Owning Your Own Business 101.

This guy is so rude and cranky, the ambiance is nil, but the gyros are off the charts. Mmmmm. I crave a gyro every.single.time I pass by his shop.
The Mediterranean (read: middle eastern) food for sale (turkish delight is yummy, eggplant, lentils, baklava, etc.) is very good too.
Not sure on the cleanliness issues... but the food is always fresh.

Okay- so I can agree with the other Yelpers: The owner isn't super friendly, the place has no A/C, there is definitely a lack of decor and ambiance, but the food: It makes up for it!
It reminds me of some places in SF. Good food, but a small mom and pop shop that I hope continues to thrive for years to come.
I do not want to see the chains of America take over!
Support the small business owners of San Jose! Try this place out and you won't be sorry-
Just know in advance that it is quirky. Although i paid by ATM, he did not complain. Oh well, whatever. It is part of what makes it fun and funny----
Falafel Drive In only takes cash- but they kick some food butt too- So I will continue to frequent BOTH locations!
The falafels here are amazing... I crave them.
It's a dingy place, but the sandwiches are great, the prices are low, & the food is made fresh & quickly.
For a quick bite or a great falafel, it's worth a try. Eat outside, the decor & dinginess of the inside is not all the appealing.
Sorry, I have NO idea what the others are raving about. We ordered the shawerma, which was all rubber, and the gyros. Gyros was better, though VERY dry, too.
A plate is $13 and our total was $30. That is NOT cheap. One could have a decent meal at any joint for that.
Feeding my child forced me to go to the restroom area. Oh my God, it was horrible, the back of the place is a dump. After I returned, I had serious doubts about the cleanliness of the food preparation area, too. EEKS!
The one star is for the owner. We liked him. He was pleasant enough, and actually chit-chatted with us about our baby :)
Went here the other day with my girlfriend. The place looks a little drab, though I found it somewhat endearing, it reminded me of the Turkish kebab houses in Germany.
The food was ok. I mean, it was just ok. Wasn't great, wasn't bad, just kind of 'meh'. I would recommend this place if you just want a quick bite to eat, but don't expect too much. If you want a restaraunt you can sit down at with a date head down the street to Opa.
Eating at Casablancas on a sunny Sunday afternoon after a working session with a friend was quite a treat. The outdoor seating was wide open and helped make for a very relaxing meal. The techno playing inside added some interesting energy.
I tried the veggie plate, which was served warm inside a squarely wrapped pita full of good veggies and sauce. I had a hard time finishing the portion.
I would recommend checking this place out when you're up for a low-key Mediterranean lunch.
Yes I know this place has little to no ambiance but it has a whole lot of heart. Fawaz the owner is a great guy he does everything himself, he is the waiter and the chef and as he tells me has no social life.
I'm not just giving Casablanca's Cafe four stars for personality, the food is great. The falafels are good, nothing like the Falafel Drive-In, they are more authentic.
Casablanca shines with dishes you may not think of ordering, the baba ganoush is the best thing ever! I live in SF and sometime I consider driving down to SJ because I crave the stuff.
Take a risk and you will be pleasantly surprised.

First off, I agree that the place lacks ambiance and fancy decor, but unless I'm going to a fancy restaurant, I don't really care. I can't believe all the reviews about the owner's attitude--for lack of better term, he's just old school, stern. He's actually really nice when you get to know him a bit. I don't need a constant smile to receive good service.
Anyhow, on to the food--the falafels are great! They're cooked on the spot and the sauce is really good too. The kabobs were pretty good too, I've tried lamb and chicken, I prefer the lamb because the chicken was a bit dry. The rice is also pretty good. I don't care for baklava, but my boyfriend loved it. Overall, the food was pretty good, but a bit pricey--$40ish for two people. I'll be back though, I'm interested in trying a few other things on the menu. I'd also like to add that most everything is made fresh when you order it. Give Casablancas a try!
We went here today evening (And this is probably my quickest review after eating food).
As mentioned in other reviews, there was one person across the counter, who was taking orders, serving people as well as cooking. We ordered something vegetarian (I think it was the combo, so much for the quick review).
The food was well presented, and some items were quite nice. The bread wasn't too fresh though. I would've given it 4 out of 5.
The reason I dropped one point was that the person was handling raw meat with his bare hands, and that made me wonder if that's how he would've handled my dinner. I can understand that people cook both meat and vegetarian dishes, but I would expect some additional care whilst cooking.

WOW! Seriously, the best, most authentic Mediterranean food in San Jose - BAR NONE. This is almost as good as you'd on the side of the road in Amman Jordan - trust me, I'd know. Unfortunately, I can't make it to Amman at least once a week, so Casablanca's is a great stand-in.
This is THE place to get hummous or baba ganouj in the bay area...it's so good, you don't even need pita. You can just dip your finger in there and lick it off! (Note: doing this anywhere but the privacy of your own home may result in dirty looks -- and sometimes even then). One of the best things about Casablanca's is the owner makes everything a little bit different every time - but it's ALWAYS great! Every time I go in, I know I'm in for a pleasant surprise. Can't get that anywhere else.
Oh, and the dolmas - you know, the little packets of rice and goodness wrapped in a grape leaf? - AMAZING! If you've never tried it, buck up, be a man, and put one in your mouth. You'll thank yourself for it.
Now, let me address some of the HATERS' common complaints:
1. "Oh NOO it's so hot in here -- my right guard bill is through the roof!!" - May I suggest wearing breathable clothing or dressing in layers?? Come on people - humanity conquered being "too hot" before the development of speech. It's not hard! Toughen up!
2. "Oh NOO the owner is cranky!" - No he isn't. It's you that's the problem. Try smiling, or getting off your cell phone while you order.
3. "Oh NOO I can't use my credit card!" - Have you not been following the news? The banks are failing! Cash is the new credit! Get with the times!
