I will never buy new cartridges after getting mine refilled here.  The ink guy was really nice.  He refilled my color cartridge in under 10 min.  You can also drop them off and pick up later if needed.  I was happy they could refill my cartridge because some other refill locations like Walgreens cannot refill my type of cartridge.  
They gave me a student discount.  My total was about $11.
