Anastasia Eyebrow Specialists recently moved into the cartel salon. I follow my eyebrow specialist she IS two therapies in one session, eye brows and mental therapy all in 30minutes. Not only do i leave with fantastic looking eyebrows but my mind is less of a mess;just like my eyebrows before the appointment!
The accessibility to the salon might be a bit confusing as is the parking and door entrance.  I entered (one of the many doors) and all eyes were on me as if I had a rat on my head. I asked them where the Anastasia location might be and one told me i entered the back and told me to go right left around and left up and around to the side and down a hall. At the time of the event my positive mood sent me trailing along the large salon without a care by the many stares i received. I got a vibe of elitism in the salon.
As always my eyebrow artists greet me with smiles, even with my late showing(she worried about me and stayed after hours to do my eyebrows instead of re-scheduling me!).
So the elitism in the salon was not a care nor will it reflect my overall rating.
I am amazed by Sarah and Summer... before them i used to let cheap salons butcher my eyebrows, thin, uneven, bleeding happened during the process and i always left unhappy. I spent over a year with my eyebrows shaved off and liquid eyeliner replaced the space my eyebrows were supposed be... After that i did them on my own and they were still uneven due to a scar on my upper left brow...
Anastasia fixed them and taught me how to keep them looking good by myself...
As far as the rest of CARTEL SALON I am not judging them without any real experiences.

EDIT: this was written after my first and kind of awkward visit to Cartel. Since then my stylist has warmed up to me (or have I warmed up to her? Hm.) and she's not so awkward anymore. But I still am!

Julie at Cartel is a MIRACLE-WORKER!

I came here with grown out black hair, red roots, (from a bad dye job at a different salon), and low expectations. I emerged from Cartel a bright redhead with a bounce in my step! What Julie may lack in social skills (we exchanged about 3 sentences besides the usual pleasantries), she MORE than makes up for in skill, creativity, and a real talent at this hair coloring business.

Plus the salon is huge, clean, and always full of interesting people to look at while the stereo pumps out some pretty decent tunes.
