Fun little track, one of the "divine nine" golf courses in the area. Starting and ending with par 3's is always fun. Short course but greens will challenge single digit handicaps. Lots of water and lots of wildlife. Beware of snakes. Cart paths are more like ATV trails. If you want a fun experience while in the Reno/Tahoe area, dont mind driving and are budget minded this is the place for you. Staff is great from the pro shop to the marshals to the bar, these guys love out of towners. Dont expect much, great for less experienced players. Think of your local muni with snakes and you have Carson Valley GC in a nut shell
