Agree with everything Melissa said- well worth the 5 star rating!
This is my local dry cleaners and I drive through on the way to work at least once a week. In additon to the dry cleaning being done quickly (same day service is available upon request with with only a tiny upcharge- maybe 50 cents a garment) and accurately, but alterations are handled expertly as well.
Great personalized service with strong name recognition even right away as a new customer!
I guess I'm not a dry cleaning snob, but they all seem pretty much the same to me. Unless they lose your favorite shirt or mess something up - and don't handle it properly. Otherwise, to me, it's all about the service. And this place has it.
I've been going here for years since it is right down the street from my office. They always remember my name and are so friendly. They accommodate special (fast) needs and there is no icky smell on your clothes when you get them back. They have a drive thru. They take Amex. They will bill you. One of the guys who works there is a UGA fan (a plus for sure).
I have always been happy going here. And they have never lost/messed up anything I own - so that's five stars in my book.
