We love Carrabbas! In a word consistent! Always great!
Starting with the special olive oil sauce for dipping bread... I am convinced there are illegal substances in it. It is too good to be legal... though that will not stop us from eating it! The next amazing thing that you must try are the muscles. I don't care if you say you don't like muscles... order them and eat them by scooping the sauce and eating them out of the shell. It is the only way to experience it!
On to the meal... who has room? The salad is excellent... and most item on the menu are great. I usually get the Mezaluna. Can never finish all, but still good the next day. (don't forget it in the fridge!)
Also, if you have kids.. or you don't... ask for the dough to play with as you are looking over the menu!!Listed in: Fav

Constantly good food and service. While it's not unique in its fare it's always very well prepared and makes a satisfying meal. Grilled chicken. Sautéed spinach and green beans. Decent house wine. Fried Zucchini are surprisingly light.

Finally got in! (4pm opening time is also happy hour. ) And it wasn't because I have been black listed, ( "that crazy Asian is tryin to review Italian? ") ... not yet anyway! Its because even off season, they almost always have a line out the door.
Since our last visit, many moons ago, they now have an easier to read menu, it is no longer carved in stone. jk :)
Service is right away noticeable to be professional, food exceptional for a chain, prices ok until my hubby dove into the $8 special apple turnover dessert. (always beware when it is not listed in menu, esp the price)
"Wasn't worth the calories" he said and asked why I let him order it.
"You were a runaway train, I couldn't stop you from the time you started with the first dip of the bread!" I answered, kinda like Judas.
So there it is, good time, good food, what more can I ask?

TIP: You can sit on the counter and watch the kitchen staff if you are alone or do not want to wait to be seated.
P.S. I grew up in Little Italy, NYC ! so there! :) -

the food is usually pretty good...havent had any issues there
my only issues are with serving...
i hate it when they bring out the dinner before they even check and see if we have finished our salads and appetizers..let alone clear the plates first...so you are handing off salad plates while trying to make room for dinner plates..
so i will mostly stay with getting it to go....like we usually do -

One thing I love about a good chain restaurant is that you should know exactly the flavors of what you're getting before the arrive. Consistency of a Carrabba's whether it's in FL or NV is what I come here for.
Not feeling brave for exotic fare? Go to Carrabba's. The menu is middle of the road with no intestines or brains on the menu.
Not feeling brave to try a local joint while you travel? You'll be comforted in knowing the food is going to taste good and the service is going to be good.
Actually, the service at chains is what I like most. Yeah, the training probably sucks ass for the servers, but I love the consistency here too.
I"m loving the Carrabba's. It's a great place for groups as well as kids. yay. -

I Heart Carraba's. You almost can't go wrong. We ate there a couple of weekends ago. Our server was friendly, without being in our faces.
We ordered the Chicken Bryan ,( Yummy to the 10th power, then some!!!) It was cooked to perfection, and came with Fettuccine Alfredo, also fabulous . We also had the Sirloin Marsala, it was good but overcooked for my taste, I ordered med-rare, it was definitely med-well. I was too whatever to deal with it, plus that's the exact frame of time our waiter was off singing, and sweeping etc. Still satisfying though, because the mash potatoes and the Marsala sauce are so tasty.
The bread of course steals the show, hot and delicious. (P.S. The oils's good, but we always order soft butter for the bread) My caeser salad was also quite good.
Excellent value.
Chain restaurant atmosphere. -

This would be our 3rd Carrabba's. We "happened" into the one in Orlando when we were there and liked it. The closest to us is in Fort Lauderdale. This past weekend on a visit to Naples we decided to try the Carrabbas there seems that all are the same..good food, good service, and portions that are actually ...too...large...
Don't bother with a appetizer, the Caesar salad and main dish is plenty of food.
Veal Marsala is very good, Eggplant is very good...this is americanized Italian, a bit heavier than the Italian in Italy, but an excellent meal at a reasonable price. -

I'm not really sure how we ever ended up in a chain Italian restaurant, but I was pleasantly surprised, and have been dragged back (there is a story as to why I say dragged...will explain) multiple times since...
The service here is always friendly, and I have to give them an A+ for having the patience to deal with my uncle...they are amazing.
Calamari antipasti-delicious, not too battered,,and never overcooked...which happens a lot,so good job guys
Cozza in Bianco-I love muscles, and while these were not the best I've ever had by far, they were good
....and now the reason we come, and I get dragged to Carrabba's...Tagliarini Picchi Pacchiu!!! Honestly, it's angel hair pasta with spicy tomato sauce....but something about how they make it here not only makes me order pasta, which I rarely do after having my taste buds spoiled in Italy, but makes my uncle drag me here at 11pm to eat it, (this being AFTER we have already had a fabulous homemade dinner with Grammy).
Like Pinkyberry, and the rest of those inexplicably addictive things, Picchi Pacchiu will keep me, and my uncle begging for Carrabba's. -

I ordered Linguine Pescatore and the scallops tasted surprisingly fresh my plate was also overflowing with mussels and to drink a Moretti on draft was a perfect meal to end a perfect day. But be warned these plates of food could put you in a food coma.

The only great chain I've found yet.. This is the highest ranking Carrabbas in the chain and with good reason... My favorite is the Filet Marsala but I've never had anything bad at this location.

For a chain restaurant, this place is top notch. Food and drinks are good, and the waitstaff friendly and not overworked. Menu isn't too extensive, but I've always believed a smaller menu means a better product. Prices are also pretty reasonable.
