It's a little daunting to walk into this small lil mexican butcher shop to try and figure out if you want to order any cuts of meat.  I wasn't too familiar with some of the cuts and marinades.  But it was the fresh homemade tamales that I was after anyway.  I had heard a rumor about cheap fresh tamales in White Center and this is the place!  Walk up to the back cash register and order up some freshly steamed, authentic tamales for $1 each!  They've got spicy chicken, pork and jalapeno cheese tamales.  So good!  And you can't beat the price for delicious full-sized tamales. Great find.

Paisano's is a real butcher shop. If you like smoked pork chops, the have them! Just specify how thick you want them cut. Also, then can get goat and other fun stuff. If you want to move away from lots of heavy meat, their carne asada style cuts are the way to go. Very nice people to work with.
