Great place for high quality kids shoes, with a reasonable selection of good adults shoes as well. (If you like Clarks, you'll be happy)
Great selection of StrideRites and Robeez, as well as a reasonable selection of dance shoes. LOTS of cool socks too!
I've been buying most of my kids shoes here for three+ years. (With toddlers, that's a lot of shoes!) The staff are generally very knowledgable, although I like it best when the owner helps us:) They are very honest about the quality of different brands, and have always given me good advice.
They've got a lego/toy table for the kids to play with while waiting for a sibling to get shoes, or just waiting for their own shoes to be bought, or selected:) They are also all very good with little kids - patient and tolerant! They are often busy on the weekends, so I prefer to go during the week.
If you like the store, be sure to keep your 'frequent buyer' card - after 6(?) pairs of regular priced kids shoes bought, you get a 50% discount on the next pair.
Overall, a really nice little shop, in an increasingly nice mall...
Friendly owner, but after several visits I am not that pleased anymore.
I came in with my 3-year old son to buy him shoes. We picked one we liked and the owner put it on. My son was walking around, but did not really let us know if it was comfortable. According to the owner the fit was good. Eventually we agreed to buy the shoes.
At home I put on the shoes again, which was very difficult to do, and once they were on they were definitely too tight and my son wanted them off. We had to go back to the store to exchange this pair for another which were a good fit.
A few weeks later we came in to buy sandals. The store did not have the type we wanted and the owner told me he was expecting a delivery of sandals within 5 days. I came back a week later and the sandals were still not in. The owner took my name and phone number and said he would give me a call when the delivery arrives.
I never received a call ...
bought my youngest (1.5 years) a couple of shoes here. Very good service and great selection. Definitely recommended for young kids shoes
