I have been here a hand full of times to mix things up but something is too gimmicky about Caribou. They just don't feel that original or amazing....Anyhoo, their coffee is not the tastiest so I have learned to stick with their Iced Mocha's and Hot Chocolate. I do enjoy the outdoor seating area so I can sit and chill with my pooch:-) As far as service goes, I have had OK service, nothing exceptional, nothing horrible. Usually young Columbia College kids working here.

this location makes me not like caribou for some reason. the staff just don't seem as friendly as other locations i've been to and they've always overfilled my drink and it spills out onto the side and it just feels kinda stuffy.
but they get three stars because they have outdoor seating, something you don't see a whole ton in the loop and they are right next door!
