Service was impeccably slow despite the restaurant being somewhat empty upon arrival.  They must pre-cook all their food and keep them under heat lamps or something because my melted cheese was melted hard like the mac and cheese you used to get in the grade school cafeteria.  The chicken was rubbery (and not so boneless as I found out the hard way), and the sour cream was, well, just about going sour.

If your coming here for a meal, you are better off getting a microwave dinner and nuking it for 30 seconds too long.
