This place serves delicious cuban food. I eat here a lot since its close to my job, and I have to say that every time I eat there its perfect. I'm not only talking about the food, I'm also talking about the service. I usually order one of these; the palomilla, the breaded meat/chicken steak, or the grilled chicken steak. You can't go wrong with any of those choices with some rice, black beans, and maduros. Oh and the picadillo is amazing too!

This restaurant replaced the Latin America that I guess got shut down or closed.(1750 W 68th Street.) It was a heart break for Hialeah because the food was the best .....So, I went in sad but willing to give them a chance. They greeted me from every corner and they were so attentive that I felt that I was somewhere on vacation at a punta cana resort eating a fine lunch...I ordered the chicken breast steak with white rice, black beans, and yuca. It was great. My daughter ordered the Miami Sandwich ....Omg....the best creation they could have ever come up with. It has ham, turkey, bacon lettuce, tomato, swiss cheese & mayo on cuban toasted bread. Woww, it was the best sandwich that I ever had among many Cuban sandwiches. Good job Caribe! Keep the Miami Sandwich on your menu, don't lose the hospitality, it sure made me smile :o)

This is one of those little hole in the wall restaurants in a mostly warehouse district of Hialeah. A place you wouldn't normally find if you weren't familiar with the area. But it's a nice little hole in the wall with good food.
The mariquitas with their homemade mojo sauce is a great little appetizer. I recommend the mofongo with meat.
(Mofongo is made from fried green plantains or fried yuca which is mashed and seasoned with garlic, olive oil and pork cracklings or bits of bacon) In this case it's plantains.
The meat is separate and you mix it should your heart desire.
It's a good meal. If you're in the area you should definitely stop by.
