Carey is a caring, sensitive and attentive psychotherapist. She knows what she is doing and she is always present and mindful. She cares about her work and her intelligence and sensitivity come through in everything she does. I recommend her without hesitation.

In my personal and professional association with Carey, she shows amazing insight and awareness. It is clear from her approach to the therapeutic process that she is deeply grounded in her field. Her integration of psychodynamic and somatic (body-centered) therapies allow her to provide a holistic and nurturing healing environment.
Carey is a practitioner with a passion for her work. She has also encouraged me to pursue my own calling in life, and for that I am deeply grateful. I highly recommend her! -

My interaction with Carey has spanned over a decade and a half, now. Genuinely, from my first introduction to the compassionate, articulate and thoughtful way that she undertook our shared first-year class in "Cultures Ideas and Values" at Stanford University, to the way she integrates all components of a holistic view in her approaches to wellness as a Marriage and Family Therapist, she is truly a gift to the field and I could not be more pleased to call myself a colleague as well as a friend of Carey's.

Carey is a thoughtful and caring psychotherapist. She has had training in many areas including EMDR, Hakomi and non-dual spirituality. I have seen her dedication and passion for her work in psychotherapy as evidenced by her leadership role in the Non-Dual Wisdom and Psychotherapy Conference, running Byron Katie groups and her continued work in her private practice. She is constantly learning and challenging herself and is an excellent therapist.

Carey is a gifted therapist! She is both grounded and intuitive, and has a gentle and warm presence. Her work combines the wisdom of the body and a deep understanding of spirituality, and also includes EMDR -- an effective way to heal trauma. If you meet her, you will immediately feel that she is a genuine and authentic person and so it is easy to trust her. She is clearly passionate about her work and about helping people. Bottom line, I highly recommend her as a therapist.

I witnessed Carey's work as a therapist numerous times while we participated in a two-year comprehensive training program. I consider her a highly skilled, compassionate, and conscientious therapist. She is also extremely dedicated to continuing to improve as a therapist by keeping up with the latest trends in the field. She is one of a handful of colleagues I have no reservations recommending to anyone seeking high quality therapy services.
