      I live in a condo and our board hired this company. Obviously they didn't read their reviews. Worst of thee worst. Never answers emails in properly manner, sometimes never replies for weeks. Rude and very unprofessional. Everything is wrong with this company. I'm sorry a portion of my monthly dues pay their salary.

      Read these reviews.. most list the same shortcomings and describe an overall negative experience while dealing with Cardinal Property Management.

      Had I known what I was getting into, I wouldn't have purchased a home in a community managed by Cardinal Property Management. Incompetence from the top down, total disregard for rules and law.
      No meetings, no competitive bids, just opening our checkbook to their "preferred vendors" - which I understand isn't based on doing a good job. Their preferred vendors *PAY* to be on the list.

      If this is true they should be banned from operating.

      The absolute WORST, kept losing assessment payments due to their systems issues. Unresponsive to massages. Closing dept contact is Christine and she's rarely available and slow to perform duties required to close. This nightmare company in conjunction with Homewood Terrace condo management contact Gina demonstrates complete worthlessness and lack of professionalism.

      These organizations were such a bad experience I'd Never purchase a condo they manage. They need to realize the residents assessments pay their companies and perform their jobs accordingly.

      My property is ran by Cardinal Property Mangment. I have not liked their service since day one as our original property manager was rude and very nasty to people. Then this year I found out we have a different management person in which they did not advise us that our property management fee went up $10 did not get an official letter and coupon books were not showing the increase. Don't know haw they are still in business.

      Again, just to remind people not to use these people!! They do not return calls nor emails. They have made a minor situation a pain to me and my tenant. When I have questions, they do not respond nor explain!!!
      They are useless!!! Especially Yvette!
      I am sorry that the board has chosen this group to manage the complex. I bought this unit for an investment a couple of years ago and I have had nothing but problems!!!
      This is my 2nd post because I am truly fed up with these people. I hope that mine along with the other negative posts regarding this company serves as a warning not to use them!!!
      Glad that I am putting my unit on the market when my tenant vacates.

      Been working with cardinal for about 5 years ! They have been remarkable is there handing of our association ! Helped us choose the correct vendors gives us a endless network of top professionals ! They also have a great staff who is very patient and respectful ! As the president of the board any time a resident has a concern that gets to me they quickly rectify the situation !

      There fee structure is extremely fair and honest and you get your money's worth of of the staff !

      Would highly recommend them to any association looking for top Mgmt of there property !

      Anyone looking to hire this company to be their properties management company BEWARE. The customer service is the worst I have pretty much ever experienced. I have been trying to get ahold of the person in charge of my property Yvette for 4 business days. I have called 5 times, sent an email with my concerns. Last night after trying to get a hold of them again instead of calling me she left me a half assed email addressing one portion of my many concerns. Tried calling this morning, nothing.
      Someone else on staff finally sympathized enough to put in a work order for me, however that isn't the end of the issue!!! The is NO Communication. Dump to voicemail over and over and over. Asked for a supervisor, dumped to voicemail again.

      God forbid you had a serious issue, your unit would be condemned before you got a response out of these people!

      I echo the earlier comments: unhelpful and rude.

      In fact, I was actually yelled at on the phone by Christine and Heather at one point because I asked why I had to pay an extra $300 for them to fill out closing documents for me. I was paying them $18 a month as it was to do nothing for me, and now that? Once my washing machine was broke for 5 weeks before someone came out to fix it. I had to start babysitting and calling them everyday to make them remember to schedule an appointment to no avail. I still can not believe the incompetence. Thank god I am out of there.
      Also, the person that put they have poor communication couldn't be more wrong because they have NO COMMUNICATION! I had several complaints that I filed, and I had to call back each time to find out what the status was! You have my number, you have my name, I am paying you, call me back!

      How is this place still in business?

      Richard - you are failing miserably.

      Standard customer service would require you to respond to your homeowner's phone calls and emails. And he aims to provide the best?! I've never had so many emails and phone calls flat out ignored. The two reviews above from 2014 and 2015 hit the nail on the head. Now in 2016 nothing has changed. I don't understand how they continue to do business with the way they behave. Worst experiences with a property management company in my life.
