Carbonita Detail did an excellent job. Arrived promptly and got our car looking and smelling like new. It's nice that they are eco-friendly and use very little water. I've taken my car other places to get it detailed this was nice because I could be in the comfort of my own home while the work was getting done. Very professional and quick in getting the job done.
I have 4 boys so our car get's quite a bit of ware and tear on it and they managed to get it looking great....I'm sure the boys will undo that and we'll definitely be repeat customers. -

I am thrilled to have found this eco-friendly car detailing company! I own a really beautiful, high-end, soft-top convertible car and never take it through a commercial car wash. I've been looking for an eco-friendly company that I could trust with my car and items left in my car. Woohoo! I've found the perfect company!!
The guys at Carbonita Detail have done a tremendous job washing my ride, have really gone above and beyond to accommodate my schedule, and have done it all with a handful of water.
I must say that I, also, really appreciate the extremely friendly service.
I would recommend them to everyone! -

100% delighted with the cleaning job and service provided by Carbonita.
Let me start by saying my car was very, very dirty. We got it used from a family that had several young kids, so it had a base layer of crumbs and kid gunk from the start. Then, over the last five years the interior has been subject to: sheding dog, dirty hiker husband and his hiking buddies, several roadtrips, a few spilled coffees, several sandy trips from the beach ... I could go on. Honestly, it was really embarrasing how gross it was.
Then comes the nice fellows from Carbonita (who don't make you feel bad for having such a yucky car!) My car interior looks brand new. They cleaned all the nooks and crannies, deep cleaned the carpets (good bye coffee spill), treated the leather and made the windows shine. The exterior looked equally as fine. My car shines like new and the tires looked great too. Now I can cart my coworkers to meetings and not be embarrased that they may emerge with dog hair or goldfish crackers stuck to their suits!
If your dirty car is need of a clean up, this is the team for the job! -

My husband and I have had our cars detailed before at local car washes and were always a bit disappointed with the results. I have to say that is NOT the case with Carbonita Detail. Our cars looked FABULOUS after Jimmy worked his magic.
Not only do they use eco-friendly products which require only a fraction of the water of traditional car washes, they also come to your house (how convenient). Jimmy was able to get the year-old coffee stain out of my light gray floor mats. He also made the paint on my car feel like glass.
I was so impressed with the quality of his work that I told all of my friends and coworkers about Carbonita Detail (and now I'm telling you). If you want your car to look like new again, give them a call. -

I met Jimmy, the owner of Carbonita Detail through my website. He has just relocated his business to La Jolla and is in the process of building it up. He detailed my car so that I could accurately describe to my readers what Carbonita Detail does. I'm so glad, because the results were amazing.
Carbonita Detail uses less than 1 pint of water to detail an entire car. All of their chemicals biodegrade. Aside from that, even my husband (who can be extraordinarily picky) was pleased with the results. My car looks new again. It also had pollution specks ground into the paint (that would have rusted) from being parked outside. I never noticed them until Jimmy pointed them out. They are now all gone.

All I can say is WOW!!! What a great, great, great guy and even better car detailer. The inside of my car was taken over by my 3 year old and that is all I have to say.... right?.... and after Carbonita was done it looked as if no kid had ever been in the car. It has been well over 3 weeks since they did my car and it still looks fabulous!!! I hate to say it but they did such a great job I will not need them to come back soon....
So with that said it is WELL WORTH every penny, in fact in the long run I am paying WAY less to them come do my car the taking it to the "Local Car Wash" every other week!!

WAY overpriced for their services, for the same money you can have your car professionally polished w/ a high speed pad.
or if ur into only the hand stuff, call up Raul Auto Detail, 619 931-3174
their 300 dollar package is only about 120 dollars w/ the other guy. keeps my cars looking beautiful, sounds like you pay the la jolla price w/ this other company.

Low-water and low-impact car detailing, and affordable! The guys from CARBONita were great. They came to my office and, when we didn't have an electrical outlet handy, they took the vehicle to another spot for cleaning and delivered it back promptly. My car is so clean it is like a brand new car! I will definitely use them again - for the fact that the clean is low-impact on the environment and for their level of service and individual attention. Give them a try, you'll be glad you did!

I love when an eco-friendly detailer comes to your house in a Smart car. My car was a filthy mess but when they were through it was almost like new. Bryce is great with making sure the paint finish is protected and they even will educate you on the products they use if you ask them. Definitely will keep on using this company for my car detailing needs.

I got a package deal for an interior/exterior detailing with Carbonita through http://buywithme.com. This is a great business -- first, they are eco-friendly. Second, they do a meticulous job cleaning the inside and outside of your car...they washed and did a clay bar treatment on the outside and completely detailed the inside including upholstery, dash, console, etc...seriously, my car didn't even look that good years ago when I first got it! Third, they are super accommodating to set up a convenient time to come to you (it's a mobile service.) Fourth, great communication! And fifth, [sorry yelpers, the buywithme deal is already over] I really like when a business still gives you 5-star service even when you get their service at a discount or through a deal! Next time I need a top-to-bottom/inside-outside job done on my car, I know who I'm calling!

Definitely did more than they're suppose to.... cleaned inside and outside. Quality definitely reflects the time that they put in... good work!
