Awesome work.  My wife and I chose Samuel by luck and ended up having our wedding covered by a true professional.  Samuel is a film ninja, a great videographer -- it's almost like he wasn't even there.  He captured some great moments.  Good edits and mix of images of our wedding recap.  Even my brother ended up going with CaptureItAll for his wedding.  We enjoyed having Samuel a part of our celebration and all our guests were impressed with the quality of work.

First let me start by saying Samuel was excellent and showed up on time and ready to start shooting the day of our wedding. He took part in every aspect from the getting ready to the reception. Charles was the 2nd camera man and he was equally as friendly and I liked them alot! Now the reason for my 2 stars.

I received a couple of calls from Samuel following the wedding letting me know that it would be slightly longer than first estimated. No problem...no biggie. We received the video and began to watch it. I know Samuel is capable of better editing, but I was willing to deal with some of the small things. When it got to one particular scene, he tried a slient movie effect, which was good. Unfortunately, green lines were going through the entire sequence, made it look like a cross between Charlie Chaplin and the Matrix. Ok, I decided to email him on this particular thing. Also during the ceremony, through no fault of Samuel's...there was a screaming child during the vocalist chorus. I decided to ask about this also. Here is the email I sent:
    Hi Samuel,

Thanks for getting back to us with the DVD's. I haven't had a chance to check out the Blueray yet. We watched the standard DVD though and I have a couple of questions.
Why wasn't the music that we picked used? Also, during the money dance, I saw the old style effect that you were going for. The way you used the silent film style was good, but unfortunately there were some green lines going throughout the whole money dance segment. It looked like the Matrix combined with a silent film effect. It cleared up once the money dance was over.

Overall, I was pleased with the DVD... One last question, I know this is my fault. Is there anyway to somehow get rid of the screaming child during the wedding ceremony when the person was singing? I was just curious...

    THE RESPONSE!
    Hello

Samuel is In Florida but I can answer your questions...

You never supplied a list of songs for the DVD..we also placed several calls and emails without any answer

The green lines in the old movie effect are part of the effect it self

The child crying durning the ceremoney.. This is because this is audio from. The 3rd mic placed in back of the church . Because of your location the audio from the main mic was very low so we had to use Back up audio and Samuel said they were forced to be in the back of the church. We also called you about this issues and you never return out phone call

The blu ray is the same footage at higher quality

    Dana

Needless to say, the above email was written by someone that doesn't know how to use spell check. We argued about the songs too and Samuel saw my email where I attached a PDF document with my signature to an email and sent it to them! Dana obviously doesn't know the concept of customer service. I'm also pretty sure that silent films never had green COLOR lines going through them! As for the forced to be in the back of the church, I was told they had shot there before, so they knew the rules and should have had it all planned out??? The phone calls were FYI's when they would send the video and to call if I had questions. I would have called back if they mentioned any issues with my footage or questions about the editing. I'm debating on whether to reverse the last charge since I paid $1699 for crap I can't even show to people!!!!!!!!
