Reasonably priced. Been using for over 10 years. They do a great job with my clothes. Owners and employees always kind and considerate. Rarely find buttons damaged. Would highly recommend.

I just went there to pick-up my dry-cleaned comforter and they did not honor a discount coupon which I had handed in with the dry cleaning. They told me it was not noted on the ticket. They wanted their money or they would not give me my comforter back. I am not going to have any further business dealings with this establishment. Their business practices are shady and all they are interested in is making a quick buck. You have lost a valuable customer who normally does not use coupons at your business, but on the one occasion I did, you lied and said that was not the case. There are plenty of other dry cleaners in town that will gladly take my business. Have a nice day.

The cleaning is great the service at this location is sub par. I ask if the discount on comforters was still available I was shouted at by the older women to look at the sign outside. So that's how customer service works ??? When I said complained to the manager who must be new because the older lady was shouting all the information out ... she did not think that was wrong to tell a client to go out side walk to the sidewalk look up in the air at the sign and read for yourself. So I retreated to my car and called Quality Cleaners they were very nice and professional ... I had used Capital for almost 12 years I went through the change of locations 4 times but that terrible customer-service on S. Dixie ... I am now a Quality Cleaners Client.

This was my first and last time using Capitol Cleaners. I dropped off my daughters winter coat to be dry cleaned because it smelled musty from being stored, perfect condition otherwise. After dry cleaning the down was displaced and there were 3 white streaks evenly spaced on the previously solid black collar. Angie the owner said this was normal and refused to refund the $38 dollars paid to her for the dry cleaning. So it cost me $38 to have someone ruin my daughters coat and I have to replace the coat. Terrible service! Very unprofessional!!!
