I went here for Happy Hour the other day. Not my first choice as somewhere to go, but it was close to the organizer's house.
They have a pretty good beer selection on tap. I indulged in a Manny's & a Stella. For some reason or another, I thought their beers on tap were supposed to be 1/2 off during Happy Hour, but they charged me full price for the Stella. (Maybe Stella is the exception to the rule.)
For appetizers, we had the Southwest Spring Rolls, Ultimate Nachos, Coconut Prawns & Wings of Fire.
The Southwest Spring Rolls were absolutely delicious! They were nice & crispy & flavorful. The Ultimate Nachos were ok. I found the chips to be a bit soggy though. I couldn't try the Coconut Prawns because I am allergic to shellfish that turns red (that would be shrimp, crab & lobster - yes, I am a cheap date). And, I only tried the fries that came with the Wings of Fire. The fries were good though.
I have come here for Happy Hour before and ordered the Canyons Famous Corn Fritters - those are to die for. So good!
I would recommend this place for Happy Hour. The appetizers are half price, and their beer selection is better than average. I will definitely go back sometime in the future.
Had lunch here yesterday and it was a definite improvement from my first experience.
Had the Bangkok Chicken Salad. Too many mandarin oranges and they may need to order a salad spinner off the HSN..but otherwise was very tasty.
The patio was lovely and the perfect spot for an easy lunch--even with D's uber-white legs all up in my face. =D
The happy hours are good here, and like most eastside locations, long too.

Meh.
Had dinner and drinks here to escape the day for a bit. I see potential, but it just didn't hit… Read more »
Good beer, good food, good times. Went with a cousin of mine. Service was very nice, prompt, kept everything flowing nicely. Would come back again for sure!
They have good collection of beers. Food was good too.
Would recommend to anyone. Typical american food.
This place is a lil weird. There's lotsa business parks near this area so if u go there during lunch hour its all these 9 to 5 ppl. The appearance of the staff seems professional & nice? BUt isnt really. They'r e not rude just not as professional as they try to come across. They made a mistake/ over charged us for the lunch special & drinks... And busboy spilled used ice frm dirty glass onto our table & didnt even notice cuz it was so busy during lunch hour. This place sucks. Ive never been too crazed for Canyon's food but here its really not good/ just thrown together.
Decent food, but costly out the wazoo. There's better places around to go imho.
I'd say this place is decent for the location and sophistication of its clientele. The food is good, though not necessarily that creative. Service is good and you are always greeted with a smile. It's the kind of place to go for lunch because it's convenient, not some destination you go out of your way for because of its uniqueness.
Who'd have thunk it, a good restaurant in Bothell? Southwestern fare, very tasty. Good service, comfy booths. The bar is always happening too, though I've never sat in there.
