this is a very small and cute inn. we checked in right away and had a room right away, we did book it 2 weeks prior. we stayed here 3 nights. our room has a queen bed, small table with two chairs, 1 nightstand, one dresser, a mini fridge, microwave, tv with some cable channels, and the restroom. there was no where to hang cloths except hooks that had been nailed onto the wall. good thing for me was that i didn't have many things to hang. the inn also offered complimentary breakfast every day from 7am to 9am. it was orange juice, apple juice, yogurt, beagles, bananas, coffee, granola, and muffins. we only got this once on our last day.
the bad things about this place was the location and parking. this place has maybe at the most 10 parking spaces. about 3 of them were taken when we were there due to a pile of snow. so on our first night we couldn't find parking near the inn so we parked at a public parking lot that was like 3 blocks away. we tried to ask the lady/owner? where it was OK to park but it was 9:15pm and at that time the office or check in area was closed. the office closes at 9pm. the rest of our stay parking was fine. the inn is located near the rail road tracks so very late at night at about 1am and 4 or 5 am the union pacific train comes by and blows its horn several times for a long period of time so be prepared to be awaken or frighten. i only heard it once and that was because i was still awake watching tv. the other times i didn't wake up but my bf did every time. also our room was room 1 which is next to the stairs that everyone takes if they have a room upstairs. which is also the office area. so in the morning we would hear a lot of people talking as they got their breakfast. and as they walked on the stairs, and as they closed and opened the office door. i would stay here again but ask for another room.
This was a quaint and cute Inn. It's located in the town so there are many dining options around you. The room was decorated in country motif with refrigerators and dining area. very cute, only downfall is the Grand Canyon railway thats near the Inn.
