Phew.

Okay, for what it is, the expectations aren't set that high. Most travel sites seem to rate this a 2-star property.

I got stuck here on business travel when there weren't many other options available that week.

Here's what I found:
They clean every 7 days (or to prep for a new arrival)
The staff are okay, but don't seem to feel very obligated -- reception is only open during the day. I have no idea what someone trying to check in very late at night would have to do (or if they'd be able to).
The rooms are efficiencies, which mean no frills, but they have a full sized refrigerator, microwave, stove.
The room I had smelled like someone had fried fish in there recently. It stank, and the hotel was "booked" so I gave up on a room change (was told they'd see if anything would come open if there was a cancellation). Fortunately, the windows open, so I was able to air the place out.
This looks like a cheap, budget hotel designed for people staying by the week. They do have free laundry facilities for guests, a workout room, HBO, DVD players in the room, and an interesting "honor system" shop where you can get snacks, toiletries, etc, and are expected to drop either your payment or a card with your room number on it into a lock box.
I'd say bad for a short term stay -- might be okay for someone on extended, but temporary travel to the area.
