Lovely, historic building built in 1883. Now contains the county clerk's office and circuit courts.

History says that Campbell County first named Alexandria as county seats, but Newport residents were upset. An agreement was made in which the two towns would share the county seat roles. Alexandria got the administrative offices and Newport got the fiscal court and judicial buildings.
