Just got my new Hyundai here after doing lots of research all over the place. (They also carry a lot of exotic cars, like Bentleys and sports cars)
My review is mixed. The cars they advertise on Craig's list are sometimes not on the lot, which is why it only gets 3 stars. BUT if you know what you want(trim level, color, options) , you've gotten other quotes (like Edmunds, Cars Direct, and other dealers in the state) and you know exactly the price you think you should get for it....they are PRETTY EASY to deal with.
They didn't have the car I wanted, a black or dark blue Elantra SE with sunroof but they said they were willing to try to get it from some other dealer. They would not get it for me, until I seriously wanted the car. But once I negotiated the deal, they found an SE in black, but with no sunroof (to be fair I couldn't find one on any CA Hyundai dealers websites either). They offered to put one in aftermarket, if I accepted the one they found. After debating a little about sunroof warranty and quality, I accepted the offer. They got the car the next day as promised. I test drove it and accepted it. Financing, warranty etc was explained well. I am usually more wary of the financing guy than the sales guy. But the financing guy was pretty nice; no hint of pressure, everything up and up, no fakeness.
BOTTOM LINE: The Elantra is already a bargain in a well equipped compact car and I feel I got an even better than avg deal for this car through Cammissa. I am glad I could buy locally. I am more glad I didn't have to drive to Costa Mesa or Antioch to get the car.
I have yet to get the sunroof installed by them, so I will finalize this review after this after that is completed. Kevin was my sales guy.
UPDATE: The service dept. don't treat you like trash, which is sometimes how I felt when I went to Stewart Chev. The guy who runs it is very polite and affable.

I found this dealer to be very professional in buying my 2007 Azera. Ralph the sales manager was very good. After we agreed on the price, he found the exact car I wanted for about $4,000 less than sticker. They do play their games of going into a room and coming out again but this is part of the process. It took me about an hour to finalize the deal.I did research before I went there and did go on the last day of the month(Tip). we were both motivated to make a deal.I have to admit , the price of the car was so good compared to what my Audi's were costing me that It was unlikely I would leave there unhappy, as long as I go the car that I wanted with XM.I have talked to the service manager and he seems like a guy who would go out of his way to make my experiences there good.Since they do sell High end cars, I think you will get a more professional approach than a place that only sells Hyundai. Strongly reccomend. See Ralph.

I am not very sure how to review these guys.... My wife and I bought a car here. But, the buying experience was HORRIBLE!!!! I do not want to get into details, but I would definitely go elsewhere next time. There is something fishy going on at this dealership.
I have no complaints. I bought a good car for a decent price here. I probably could have gotten a better deal with extensive searching but I was by no means ripped off here. The dealers tried no "hard sells" basically I said I want this type of car, let me test drive a few. We did, I found one I like, I bought it at about blue book $$. Everyone who has been in my car thinks its a nice car and a reasonable price that I paid.
For service though, I would give 4 stars. I have a job that I can't miss even a minute of and they were amazingly helpful in towing my car on a electrical problem (something many of my year and model cars are having a problem with), getting a rental car set for me with no under-25 fees, holding it until I was able to get back to the dealership on the following Friday evening (7 days!) and fixing the problem completely: the whole thing cost me $25 for an additional rental car day that I chose to have out of convenience. Just overall good service.
