Okay, so this isn't the most exciting park on Earth but for a cute little neighborhood hangout, it'll suffice.

It's pretty clean and for the most part, I think that people pick up after their dogs. Like many parks nowadays, there are pickup bags for the dog walkers. There is a concrete walk that completely encircles the park so if you're anti-grass or if it's muddy, there's that option.

Otherwise, there is quite a big patch of lawn in the middle for your dogs to chase frisbees and run. There's about 4-5 spaces (max) on El Camino Real but otherwise, good luck finding parking. We live nearby so we walk there.

Simple playground with sand. It's not too crowded usually. There are also several picnic tables with a charcoal grill and coal pit. One little bathroom area. I've never used it so hopefully, it's clean.

There's also a basketball court, but it's not lit. That's somewhat inconvenient, not that I personally play.

The dogs we've met there are, so far, pretty friendly. We usually end up striking a conversation with other small dog owners when we're there or with some little kids. If you like people watching, there are also several shady spots to sit.
