Cameron is the hardest working Realtor we know. From the minute we said that we were interested in buying a house, he worked with us all hours of the day and night. Even coming to our place in the dark and rain to get a contract signed so we could place an offer immediately. We were pregnant, had very specific interests in where we wanted to live and what kind of house we wanted. We appreciated very much his knowledge of the legal aspects of real estate and it was clear that he has good working relationships with other Realtors. He was always prompt in getting offers in and getting ahold of us. He was awesome at discerning with us what a good house was and what a good deal looked like.
Now the baby is eight months old; we are in the exact neighborhood we wanted, in a house we love, that meets our needs. All thanks to Cameron. -

About 6 mohts ago we were looking at open houses and met Cameron, showing a lotf in Jack London Square. We were very impressed at his knowledge of Oakland and his level headed approach to the market. He was not pressuring and we chatted with him for quite awhile. (All too many agents try immediately to find out if you have an agent and then push themselves on you, he did not.) My husband and I were so impressed that we kept the flyer with his name on it for a purchase, if we ended up choosing Oakland.
About 2 weeks later, I was chatting with a friend who had purchased in Jack London, as did another physician she knew, and I mentioned our experience. Without even telling her his name, she said "Oh, you must have met Cameron."
Then in late June we were house hunting on the Oakland side and decided that we really wanted to make an offer on house that we had found. My first choice, go to YELP and find someone who represents the Rockridge area. Cameron's name came up. So, I forwarded it to my husband, and they were communicating later that day.
Cameron met us at early or late hours to show us the house, to accomodate our very busy schedule. Arranged to meet with us again to see the house with an architect (at early hours). Was on top of all the paperwork, sending it to us via email with his comments and impressions of the disclosures. Sadly, our offer was not accepted on that house.
But that did not stop Cameron or the two of us for continuing to seek out and find our perfect home. After back and settled from vacation, we started up looking online again for places. Cameron continued to send us listings he thought might excite us. One did. We coordinated, again at odd hours, to see the place. I loved it and SG was warm to it, as long as all the numbers worked.
It fit our criteria, had everything we need and all the numbers worked!!! Cameron was again on top of his game.We put together an offer via email and fax and phone calls, Cameron presented it in person to the seller and agent, and we were accepted. Every step of the excrow process, Cameron was communicating to keep us up on what was going on. He worked to correct little snags and kept us on track. Escrow closed a week ago and we are all moved in. Cameron has still kept in touch to make sure everything is going smoothly. He has even tracked down some information for us on the house so that we can make improvements.
I have experienced purchases with my parents, 1 purchase on my own before this and my husband has purchased 4 homes in his life. I think it is honest to say, that in our experience, Cameron is the best agent we have ever worked with. Thoughtful, easy to talk to, knowledgeable, dedicated to you throughout your purchase (or sale), and very thorough. We will definitely use him again and recommend to all of our friends and family looking for an agent in the East Bay. -

Where do I begin other then by saying you can trust that Cameron will work his ass off to help you sell or buy a home. He has helped me do both over the last several years and I'm embarrassed that I haven't written a review earlier and yelled it across the yelp mountain tops!
He helped me put in multiple bids before finally having a bid excepted on a house in Oakland during the hight of the market. Then he ventured across the bridge to help me purchase a condo in the city since every single guy needs a pad in SF! Since then he has let me know that he works with clients all the time in the city so don't let the Oakland address fool you, he covers a good portion of the bay and Contra Costa County.
Lastly, he also has a law degree and specializes in real estate law so he can help cover your bum with all the fine print and legal mumbo jumbo in your purchase contract. I obviously can't rave enough about Cameron and his colleagues and I'm sure you will feel the same too! -

Buying or selling a property can be one of the most stressful events in anyones life, that's why dealing with Cameron is great. First off, you're dealing with a person and not corporation. He makes sure understand your options and will work with you to make sure in you are in the best position possible. Cameron helped me purchase my loft and subsequently has helped me rent it out and extend the lease to my renters. His personal nature and depth of knowledge of the East Bay make him and ideal realtor to work with.

This is easy. Cameron is good at what he does, period. I have worked along side with him numerous times, and am impressed with his work. I particularly like that he always seems to have a great level of friendship with people he works for - a clear sign of a trust-inspiring practitioner. He's a sure footed negotiator, a connected local, and finds the right balance between being the assertive advocate and non-pressuring advisor that you want out in front for you on a real estate transaction.

I first worked with Cameron 3 years ago when he helped me buy my Rockridge Condo. From the initial meeting to the final signing, Cameron was always honest and not at all pushy when it came to buying a home. His knowledge and his experience in the market was obvious and he has a real sense of what the buyer is looking for and what his or her options are. I have since used him for real estate advice and referred him to several friends and coworkers and have received nothing but praise and thanks for the recommendation. I have nothing but positive feedback for Cameron and will definitely use him as my agent in the future!

Three years later and we asked Cameron to sell our home (the same one he helped us buy). He dealt with the situation (which at best was frustrating, due to events and people beyond his control) with impeccable professionalism, tireless efforts to get us the most money with the least hassle, and in-depth knowledge about real estate red tape and how to negotiate tricky transactions. And he did it in the middle of his own wedding....don't bother contacting anyone but Cameron for your real estate needs in Oakland.
