I went here today and it was a great experience.I saw Melanie and she was great, she was very personal and really listened to what I had to say. Everyone there was super nice and friendly. The waiting was kinda long being that I was a new patient. The Lobby had nice Deco and an area for children.
I totally recommend this office... and Im defiantly coming back.
My husband has a very serious skin condition that so far is a mystery. We were referred here by our primary care physician. After two painful visits, and months later, we still have no idea what is causing the condition. We are going on 9 months of this.
Simply stated, I do not feel that we received reasonable care from the doctor (Boudreaux). I felt she dismissed his issues, saying "it's that time of year", gave him a cursory glance and left us in the hands of the PA. The PA was very nice, however they threw medication at us, instead of trying to find the underlying cause of the condition.
We feel that if we were they for botox or some other "beautification" process, they would be much more interested in our issues. The office is beautiful, and the heavily staffed, but we feel like we were bothering them with our petty health issues.
I am going to get a referral to another dermatologist, I was not happy about the care here, even after 2 visits.
Nice office... Dr. was not very personable nor seemed very concerned with my issues. Seemed a little unorganized when I went in for a follow up appt. Definitely not a place to go if you prefer kinder bedside manor and attention.
