Service is great and the guys do a sweet job for a decent price. They also offer lifetime guarantee and service to the car in if it has any tint problems.  I've hadn't had any bubbling or such problems with the 2 cars they've worked on.

This place can get very busy.. so I would suggest you get there as soon as they open or you'll be waiting for a while.

I definitely will bring any new cars to them or suggest friends to this business.

Get in line before it even opens!
Got there at 8:15 AM on a Saturday. By 9 am there were already 8 people waiting. Anyways, you can't park inside until the chain to the entrance is unchained. How is the line suppose to form before it even opens on a saturday when you can't even park your car in the lot? I realized you need to park your car on the side street and wait in line in front of the door before they open to claim your spot. What happened when I got there was that everyone was sitting in their cars parked on the street, you'll be first in line if you hop out of your car and wait in front of the door. When they do open, you'll fill out the paperwork and that's when you go ahead and pull the car into the lot.

What are all these micro scratches on my car?!
When they are applying the tint, they tend to wipe your windows and areas that were sprayed with dirty microfiber cloths. These cloths will give your car micro scratches (swirls) because they are dirty and improperly cared for. I just polished my car which took two days and they had to f*** it up. -2 Stars.

The tint was pretty good, no bubbles, cheap price, took 1 hour from the time they started working on the car but their lack of care earns them 3 stars!

FYI for anyone that has a fix-it ticket.

It's $15 dollar if you need to remove the tint and $45 if you want to just retint the front. It used to be cheaper but they raise the price.

I went to California tint a week ago on a Monday afternoon and had my car back within two hours. They did a fine job with the tint and the employees that I talked to were friendly and informative. The problem that I experienced is that last night while driving down the freeway, all the bumps and shaking from the road caused my rear center brake light to loosen to the point of falling out of the encasing,  and dangling by it's wires. I then realized that in the tinting process they must have removed the light to apply the tint, however, they did not put it back in place correctly. I pulled into an empty parking lot to see if I could put it back on myself, but to no avail. I don't plan on taking it back to California tint considering they couldn't do it right the first time. Looks like I'll be making a trip to the car dealership to see what they can do. :(

The saying is you get what you paid for.   Sure, there other places that might be able to do it for cheaper, but given the price to quality ratio, this place should be your first and last stop.

The guys know what they're doing... they give you the right advice, without ripping you off.  Lifetime guaranteed on the tints.  They can do car alarms and all stuff too.

I've brought 4 cars to them in the past 10 years, and one of my friend's car.  Everybody seems pleased with it.  The only trick is that you have to be there super early, because by 9:30am, there will be a line and you'll be about the 10th person in line, assuming you want to wait to pick up your vehicle the same day.

Otherwise, drop it off and they'll finish it in a timely manner.  Also a good idea to call ahead to see what the wait situation is like.

I asked a good friend of mine where I should get a good tint job for a good price.  He recommended this place, said it was the best in the area.  Then I looked it up on Yelp and saw all the good reviews.  So I definitely had to come.

After going over the reviews, I was prepared to come early.  I arrived to the shop at 8:30 on a Saturday and there was already one person ahead of me.  Two minutes later, another car behind me.  When the owner came to open up at 9, there were already 12 cars in the lot.  THANK GOODNESS i came early!!!!  I knew it was going to be busy, but not this busy!!  The owner was very fair about who got to go first since there were 15 people in that tiny shop.  The guy ahead of me said that I was behind him so I got to go second.  The owner was very specific in describing the different tints and which ones would go with what color car and interior.  After I chose my tints, he said it would take about an hour and 15 minutes.  It took a bit longer than he planned, not sure why but it was still worth the wait.  They did a really great job and offer a lifetime warranty for bubbles.

The only bad thing was my car kind of smelled after they were finished.   Not sure if it was bad BO from the workers or the chemicals they sprayed in the car.  And i couldn't open my windows to air it out!!  But by the time I got home, the smell went away.

So if you're looking for a good tint at a great price, come here!  It's only $125 for 5 windows!

    Come to the dark side!

I recently decided to come here after being told that this is the "it" place to get your windows tinted.  I'll have to admit, this place is definitely worth it!

Word to the wise...BE THERE EARLY!  I got there 8:30 (they open at 9) and there were already 2-3 cars ahead of me.  Around 9:30 the parking lot was filled with a shit ton of cars waiting to get work done on their cars.  So  no joke, get there early otherwise you'll be spending 1/2 of your day there.

The cost?  Dirt cheap.  Regular price is $125 for all windows (except for windshield, obviously).  They were able to knock of $10 since my friend was also there getting his window tinted too.  So yes, going in groups is cheaper.  The work and service was relatively fast and efficient.  I was in and out of there in about 1.5 hrs.  Basically, just walked to Jack In The Box across the street to grab breakfast then came back and finished 30m later.

The owner was pretty friendly and talkative.  He was pretty helpful in his recommendations and open to just shot the shit.  Great overall experience and would recommend this place to anyone looking to get their windows tinted.

As other people have said, get there early.  The service was EXCELLENT both of the times I went, Peter and the other guy were extremely friendly and helpful.  I have read the bad reviews before I went there...and I'm not doubting that they may have had a bad experience, but everything I saw the two or three visits that I've been there is that people drive away extremely happy.

My 04+ Jaguar XJ8's rear window was curved in both directions, so the tint was extremely hard to apply, so I was told that I would have to call ahead of time.  Heads up for all those in the same situation

Look at all these 5 star reviews!!

My bf strongly recommended that I get my tinting on my new car from this place.  He said that I need to get there BEFORE this place even opens in the morning.  I can see why.

Got there 15 minutes before they open and there was already 4 cars waiting AHEAD of me.  The gates weren't even open yet!!!!  I thought that I would be the very first customer=(  The owner is VERY friendly.  Told him what I wanted, paid and in 1 1/2 hours I got my car back.

They did an excellent job on the tinting and I'd recommend anyone else to this place.....think about it, they got GREAT reviews from so many customers.  Just come here 30 minutes prior to opening time if you want to get your car finished within an hour.  Otherwise, you'll get your car back in couple of hours.  Worth $125!  Don't go to a cheap place and end up with a bad quality tint.

You cant find a better deal than California Tint!

for $125 you get all the windows tinted (minus the windshield, of course) and in any shade you want. Also it's a life time warranty!!

Staff is friendly and knows what they're doing. They finished tinting my car within 1hr!

I highly recommend this place if you want to tint your car

Took my car in to get tint and alarm + actuators installed. The tint worked out fine, but the alarm install was the worst. Do not take your car here for your alarm.

    1) The actuators that they use will go bad within a year.
    2) When you take your car in for warranty service they are always "busy" and want you to bring in your car on some random time on the weekday.
    3) They broke my door lock and the only explanation I got was "well that happens sometimes with aftermarket parts".

McDonald's of Vehicle Tinting out in this area(GREAT AT DOING VEHICLE TINTS AND SUB PAR OR PATHETIC ON EVERYTHING ELSE)

Every damn review for this place is mainly about "tinting" only.  All the asian fools that give this place 4-5 stars are over-rating this place to the point of NO RETURN.  Don't believe the "hype".  Read the 1-3 star reviews to get the truth.

The "door lock actuators" installed were going bad again. Yes, Again.

They had replaced one of them since that time cuz it was still under the warranty during that time. But they went bad again as of recently and are no longer covered under the 1 year warranty.  Not Lifetime Warranty like their cheap tints.

Geez, it doesn't surprised me at all.  Pissed off is more like it.

I find out from someone that does "stealth alarm installs" that my vehicle is pre-wired for door locks already and they(California Tint) did a hacked job of using those  door lock actuators when they could of fixed the problem directly or advised  me where to get it fixed.

My car was pre-wired for door locks already!!!!  (Damn Straight!!)

The guys at California Tint told me otherwise.  I remember the conversation I had with them when they installed the door lock actuators.  They made it like they were hooking me up. I beg to differ now.

I tipped Jason a $10 bill and other $5 tips on the other installs thinking he did a great job.  I got fool by him which won't happen again from now on.

They basically "MISLEAD" me.   More like lying if they knew what I know now.   Thanks a lot Jason.  U gave me bad information and deceived me.

    Damn!!

I wasted money on labor and money for those crappy door lock actuators when they should of fixed it correctly or tell me where to get it fixed it correctly.  Laziness is the word here. This is just BS.

My "stealth alarm install guy" took out those CRAPPY  door lock actuators and "FIXED THE PROBLEM" that California Tint didn't bother to do.

The alarm install was another story.  I thought it was done ok.  No!!!
My stealth alarm install guy showed me all the mess that was there when he pulled out my alarm system to re-do.   I didn't believe him until he SHOWED ME THE MESS. They even shoved the alarm antennae inside the driver side pillar.  Lazy Job on their part.

I wanted to give California Tint the benefit of the doubt since I've had numerous things done here.

    Damn!!!

Of Course, the "stealth alarm install guy" re-did my alarm system and hooked it up the way it supposed to be "HOOKED UP".  He told me I wasted money by taking my vehicle to California Tint.

    Damn!!!!

All the reviews up to this point for California Tint has been about "just the tint"....nothing else.  Just the "tint".  I don't see anything else that they are really good at doing after this experience.

They are the "McDonalds" of vehicle tinting out in this area. That's a compliment.

I would NOT RECOMMEND this shop for anything else besides "TINTING YOUR VEHICLE".  They backed up their lifetime warranty on their tint.  That's a plus there. Other than that, I won't go here anymore for anything else.

Learned from me. Don't believe the hype.  They are good at  one thing ONLY which is tinting on a somewhat systematic system like McDonalds.

The owner and manager are friendly and such like the people at McDonalds..

But, spending money when I didn't have to pisses me off and doing a "HACKED" job is not appreciated.   I did not asked to spend money on crappy installs.

Have to removed them from my list of recommendations.  So sad, but needs to be done.

Again, they are the McDonalds of Tinting out in this area based on the number of reviews that they had so far from all these "mindless drones that don't know any better. "   They "THINK" they know quality but they have "NOTHING" to compare it to.

They are better than the other scammer tint shops in the 626 area that scam people and don't back up their warranties.

Despite my 2 star rating for this place,  they are "credible" at doing tints.  That's their bread and butter.  Their cash cow. They are not going to lose business just cuz of my review.

California Tint is good at tinting vehicles and that's one reason to come here. They should JUST STOP doing alarm installs, installing fake HID kits, and etc.
The quality is "NOT" there if you don't know what to compare it to.

Just like McDonalds, I still go there too.       Nuff said.

I'll make my review short, sweet, and straight to the point that matters. I bought my car back in 2006 and brought it to California tint immediately. Got 4 doors and the back tinted and it didn't take too long, small wait is expected.

They say they have a life time guarantee. Found a small bubble in the back window. They replaced it... no questions asked. 5 years later... the tint is holding on just fine, no bubbles at all.

My only complaint is that they didn't take reservations back then. First come first serve. Frustrating at times because some people have things to do, and if you don't get there early in the morning, you won't get a spot and will have to come back again. Hope that helps.

I went to get my windows tinted a few months ago and I would go back just for that. The reason why I can't give it a 5 is because they left some marks on my leather seats and I'm really picky about getting the job done right and cleaning up your mess.

I got there on a Saturday morning 30 minutes before it opened. There was already a line so you better leave your house and get there early! I was the 6th person in line and that wait was about 2 or so hours.  There are a few guys working on your car at once and they do 3 cars at a time. Also, PLEASE watch your car when you are there.  I saw some guy backing up and hitting another car. Please also be sure you know how to drive if you're going to be parking in a SMALL lot. After reading reviews, I made sure I was there to watch my car.

Anyway, the overall job was really well done (minus the mess). I love the dark tint on my 5 windows and I'd go back again.  No appointments can be made so make sure you go there early in the morning if you go on the weekend!

I call and try to make an appointment...none taken.  First come first serve.  So basically if you have a life don't come here and waste it waiting for a car.
They told us it was be 2 1/2 hours so we came back at that time...waiting more cause the car was NOT even started yet!
Come here if you have time to wait.  If not go somewhere else.

Fellow Yelper "Tim K." yelped about the water marks left behind..

They also left water marks all over my interior, side doors, speed dash, and my entire middle joystick area.

i wasn't very pleased with their "MESSY, SLOPPY'  work.

I agree the owner is being an owner=NICE.

when i first purchased my car in '07 I had gotten all my windows tinted at some place up north for a total of $350.00

Since i moved here closer to family, my male cousin actually referred me to this place so i gave it a try.

    **HID'S----
I GOT my HID's installed here and I LOVE HOW BRIGHT THEY ARE, WHEN you constantly get hi-beamed for no apparent reason than you know it's doin it's job, although I do notice they are placed a bit high cause i also get hi-beamed by semi's!
it has been over a year since i got them and they have only glitched once in it's life time.
i had issues with one side not turning on which lead to flickering for a little while, i would have to turn them on and off a few times for it to operate correctly.

    **ANOTHER HID---
I Brought my father's van here for HID installation, since he's a night driver.
-I TOOK IT HOME AND IT WOULD NOT switch on.
these BRAND NEW bulbs were BAD, BURNT OUT BULBS.

I was pissed cause by the time i did switch them on and discovered their HUGE error they already closed up shop.
-i went back the following day and they sincerely apologized and claimed that had never happened before.
and gave me a free japanese air-freshener.

    **TINTS---
My cousin has brought this place lots of business, His positive reviews convinced me to come back here a total of 4 times & he brought both his cars here, and HIS brother's new car here as well just recently!~
-got my sunroof tinted for $15-
    -got my HID'S installed$150-
-Got my 2 front windows stripped than tinted darker to 17's & got my windshield tinted that day as well.=$140-
-Came back to get the 2 front windows darker=$50-

    cons-
the tints they use are a cheap film that is why his prices are reasonable.

My first tint job i had, ALSO limo's in the back..from the INSIDE LOOKING OUT IS is NOT dark at all and is REALLY easy to see out of.
i WOULD post photos of the difference but since the owner is a decent guy, i don't want to make his tints look bad.

BUT when i got my front ones done here, LIMO tints as well, IT IS EXTREMELY DARK! so IMAGINE driving with lighter windows in the back and dark ass ones in the front!! BUT WHEN you stand outside my car the back windows look even darker than my front ones.

    FILM IS CHEAP.

    ANOTHER CON.
-My cousin and I use to make frequent trips here, whenever he feels there is something else he needs done.. We witnessed ONE of the guys reversing into the garage HITTING & SCRAPING THE SIDE MIRROR against the side wall and ACTING LIKE NOTHING EVER HAPPENED!!!!!!!!!!!!

SO AFTER SEEING THAT WE KNEW WE HAD TO THERE TO CHAPERONE OUR CAR.

WE WERE JUST GLAD IT WAS NOT OUR CAR. and they need to just be damn careful!!!

-After witnessing that I still took my car there for the tints cause all the other legit places are further and the wait is ridiculous.
-I left my car there and went to have lunch since i was starved!

came back and saw a paint chip, (like someone had leaned against it With something sharp in their back pocket. it was above my front driver side tire.

NOW, SINCE i didnt actually see this happen with my own eyes, I couldnt make accusations.

BUT ... OVERALL this place is good.
    NOT GREAT.

I WOULD not take my next car here in the future.

What's has not been said about this place...hmmm.  Here's my experience.

I've had an accord coupe since 2000 (seriously can't run that thing to the ground if i wanted to) and one of the very first things I did was get it tinted.  Back in the olden, pre-yelping days when the internet was still bubbling, I was referred here by many.  I got it tinted for a pretty good price, and before I left they gave me my receipt and warranty card saying the tint will never peel and if it does its covered by the warranty.  I thought eh ok.... I gave my sister the car a few years ago everything was still working and in mint condition.  The next time i drove it, I started to notice the tint begin to peel on the front driver and passenger windows and thought wtf?  I'll get to it eventually, as the years go by I constantly drive past California Tint and their lot is always full!

Fast forward to last friday, I decided the tint needs to be redone, I've procrastinated long enough.  I pull into the lot, sure enough lot full of cars.  I somehow managed to find a parking spot, walked into their store and spoke to Peter.  The guy was courteous and nice checked out my warranty card that I kept all these years and told me if I come back tuesday, when there should be less cars, it would be taken care of.  Today (being tuesday) I stopped by and as I got out of the car Peter actually came out to greet me, shook my hand, and said "you made it!"  True to his word, he took care of replacing my tint for free ELEVEN YEARS LATER. wow...

I always wanted to get my car windows tinted and I've been hesitant to which place I go to because I don't want them to eff up my car. Upon reading the yelp reviews and a friends recommendation, I decided to come here. I do not know anything about tints. Peter was really helpful. He explained to me what kind of tints there were, the differences, and what not.

Since I got here at 8:50am (Opens at 9:00am), my car got worked on right away. At about 9:30am, there was already a 3 hour wait for the incoming customers. Therefore, I recommend coming before it opens since it is FIRST COME FIRST SERVE. It took about 1.5 hrs to get my car done. I have no complaints. Service is excellent, prices are fair, and most importantly, they did a great job.

    They know whatsup!

Hm...i am a bigger fan in the past. Maybe it is inflation that is getting me down. I remember tinting 2 years ago for $120 for all five windows and today it is $135. Referred lots here and even had to go back to get retinted after being pulled over for being some shades too dark.  Why no repeat customer discount? Answer: inflation.  Ah well, they still do an excellent job.

Wait time is horrendous if you go on the weekends. Opens at 9 am and i'd say line up at 8:30 am! Parking lot SO SMALL that if you tend to hit cars or people (!!), don't even drive in there at peak hours.  You won't be able to get out.  Just get there on a weekday instead.

Pay with cash and you won't be taxed.

Wait room so small it is stuffy. Better to go next door and do some loads of laundry or get some awful donuts. Beats sitting or standing around in the parking lot.

This is my go-to place to get my cars tinted. I've taken in 3 of my own cars, my moms, my sisters, and have recommended more than a handful of friends to California Tint. The prices are reasonable, they do such a good job. If there's anything wrong w/ your tint (e.g. bubbles or scratches), they are real customer friendly and will fix it for you.

Peter is a real cool guy, and all the workers there are real friendly and helpful. They help you pick out which is the right type of tint for you based on your car, your budget. Best of all, if you pay cash, no tax!

They open at 9am, but my recommendation is to go early, cause they get packed! i always get there around 8:30, park in to the lot (which is pretty small, it's like playing tetris, pay, and your car will be done around noon time (at least that was the cases for my cars), but it just varies on how busy they are, cause 98% of the time, they're VERY busy, so go early! and hopefully you have someone to pick you up and drop you off again, cause you don't want to have to just sit there and wait.

They also specialize in installing alarms as well, so if wanted to put in an alarm system, you can go to them as well. I never went to them for alarms, only tint, but by the looks of how they are with tint, i'm sure their customer service and products for installing alarms will be just as well.

Highly recommend this place, and keep up the good work!

Peter and Jason are very helpful and informative. They both know how to satisfy customers. Ive had 5 from my family tinted here and customer service was great and the price is unbeatable. (around $125  all around)

There was one incident on my G35 where some bubbles on my driver side window would not go away even though there was ample time for the tint to dry. I called in and Peter just told me to bring in the car. (there were probably 2 small bubbles that you really had to stare at from different angles to see). When i got there, I showed Peter where the bubbles were and he just had it replaced for free without any excuses or questions asked).  Talk about no hassle :)

I got a fix it ticket for the front window tints but I just went to cali tint and got the 2 windows removed, my ticket signed off at the sheriffs station, and then back to cali tint to put back the tint..lol..

They also do electronic related stuff in addition to tint but I think Jason does that part. He recently wired my escort 9500ix into my ignition so I wouldnt have that cord dangling from the radar to my cigarette lighter. ( i have the blend mount for the radar attached to my rear view mirror).  The job was done smoothly and he even made double sure that the wiring would not draw too much power away from the start up of the car. Clean job for $65 installation.  Fair price since ive been quoted up to $150.

Bring cash ;) and dont forget to keep your receipts for lifetime warranty on the tints.

Oh yeah and they open at 9am. Go there at like 8:50 if you dont want to wait in lines. by 9:30 there was already a 3 hr wait when i went yesterday haha.  I just put down a deposit first to save my spot and they called me up later.

This is my 2nd time getting my car tinted here. Peter was very helpful both times. If you're not sure what tint to get for your car, he'll make a recommendation based on what car you have, exterior/interior color, and area you live in (depends of the anality of cops in the area).

They are very popular so they are very busy everyday. Best time to go is 9am right when they open. Otherwise, it will be around 2 hrs before theyre finished with your car.

There is a starbucks 2 blocks away, about 7 mins walk... not great, but its better than sitting there for 2 hours.

Prices are fair. These guys knows how to do good business.

I have been coming here to California Tint for all my cars since 1999 and this place hasn't changed much. The owner Peter has done a great job with the place by keeping the price down while still providing great customer service. I recommend this place to everyone who needs a tint.

The only bad thing is it gets pretty busy here so makes sure you come early.

This place is great! It definitely lives up to what the other reviews say - no yelp overhype here! Peter was really helpful. I called at 4:45 to see if I could bring my car in, he told me to drop by and that there wasn't even a wait anymore. They started on my car right as I got there and finished within 20 minutes (2 front windows only).

Keep your receipt, there is a lifetime warranty against defects.

Got my tint here. HP tint 20 in the back and 35 in the front i think. I dont remember but its dark enough. I have trouble seeing thru the back at night so thats how dark it is. Friend recommended this place because he got his tint done here. Got there at 8:30 and there was a car ahead of me. Its true, go early to avoid waiting time. Mondays are probably a good day to go not too crowded. Owner is funny guy and will entertain you. If you have questions he has answers. Car will smell after the tint is done, if you have a moon roof good stuff helps you air it out since you wont be able to roll those windows down for 3-4 days. Life time warranty good stuff!

Place is dope and i would recommend it to anyone! Prices are GOOD!

Tint does cause distortion in the rear though. Did a lot of research as to why, tint hasn't fully cured, the angle of the window, or the quality of the tint. I'll have to wait a month to let everything "fully" cure to go in and ask. (That statement is based on my own research not by anyone at Cali Tint)

Fast service, great quality, and at the best price! I suggest you come as soon as they open on the weekends, one time we arrived first thing in the morning, and they were already taking over fifteen cars! California Tint is busy for good reason - friends and I don't go anywhere else ~

California Tint is where I took my Infiniti G37 to get tinted, untinted, and retinted. (Yes, the cops got me.)

I don't live in the SGV so the location is not convenient for me at all. However, I figured that if it's the most popular car tinting place in the SGV where all of the Asians live, it'll probably work for me.  The only negative is that because it's so popular, you have to get there before it opens (I usually show up between 8:30 and 8:45) but sometimes, you're still behind a handful of people and it could take several hours.

Tinting all 5 windows cost $125 the first time
Removal of the front window tints cost $10
The fine I paid the police department and the superior court was $42
And I was back the next week to retint of the front windows for $40

I know, I just can't stay away.  The car looks so much better with the darker windows.  I just hope that I don't get caught again.  But if I do, I'll be back to repeat the process.

From all the reviews I thought Peter was going to be so busy running around and not have any time for me and not care about my business since he has so many cars. But not true at all, Peter was so chill and laid back and answered any questions I had very patiently. Especially my dumb ones like, "is it illegal to get my front windows tinted?" I did do some reading online and some people seemed to say 70% light is ok and other sites said no after market tint at all. Well, Peter's answer was that everything after market is illegal on the front windows.

But yes, I love my tint job, it was efficient and done very well and of course, gotta love the lifetime warranty on bubbling, but not on scratches.

My car took a little longer than I expected. Next time I would just drop it off and have him call me instead of waiting around at the jitb down the street. I took my car in at 8:45am on a rainy Monday and was the 2nd car. They started on it right away at 9am but it wasn't ready until noon. My car took longer because they had to remove the rear wiper. $145 total with tax, which I think is pretty cheap for a Honda CRV. Although I tried to get a discount by paying with cash but no go.

Came here to tint my Acura TSX. They did an awesome job! I had five windows tinted plus those two triangular sections in the back seats. I didn't know how dark I wanted my tints to be so they actually recommended the darkness for me and I'm really satisfied. The two front windows are slightly lighter than the back, but it matched it really well.

Definitely make an appointment or go early and wait for them to open. I came on a Saturday at 9:30AM and there were already a lot of customers before me. I actually had to leave my car there and have my friend pick me up. It took about 2 hours and it cost $120. Great deal and you get LIFETIME warranty! :D

This is definitely the place to go for getting your car tinted and it's popularity is definitely evident if you come on a Saturday. The owner here is very helpful in informing you about the different types and shades and the prices are reasonable. They also have a "lifetime warranty" on their tint...as long as you have your receipt you can come back here and get your tint redone if it happens to bubble or peel due to workmanship (so obviously these guys know what they're doing).

Since a bunch of my friends had their cars done here, they told me to come early and they for sure weren't kidding. I came here an hour before they opened and I was the third car in line on a Saturday morning. It was definitely worth coming extra early - by the time the place opened there was already over 15 cars in line and the wait would've been about 4 hours. Also, even though the listed opening time is 9am, they started working on cars a little early (maybe about 8:45) making it even more worth it.

The aroma left in my car was not juicy at all

My tint was pretty good or normally decent for the price I paid. Everyone and their mom comes to this place for tint and yelp gave such good reviews about this place so I trusted it.

I just had a brand new car and I wanted to get it tinted. The tint was fine and the guy in the front I am assuming is the owner gave great robotic service. NEVER go get your car tinted on a HOT sunny day, I believe it was in the upper 90's that day. When I got my car, the guy who tinted my car apparently sweated ALL over my car. I had my front and back windows tinted as well as my rear window. So imagine this guy sweating everywhere in my brand new car!!! When I drove it away I couldn't drive that far because the smell was so strong. I believe this person tinted my car and then he had to drive it to move it in a parking spot when he was done therefore he sat in the driver seat in dripping sweat.

It was really disgusting getting my car becuz I smelled his odor and I could not stand it at all!!! It was so bad I had to wipe my interior for a few hours trying to get all the smell out of my car. I am a girl so I don't wash my own car and for me to do that is insane. I can't believe these guys have the indecency to just sweat all over my car and not even wipe it as courtesy knowing that they have been dripping sweat. Or they could just bring another shirt or wipe themselves if it's a really hot day. I'm just amazed at how disrespectful my car was returned to me with VISIBLE sweat drips on my car door and all my seats and seat belt. Imagine being at the gym seeing sweat all over the machines, that's exactly how it looked but in your brand new car.

Till this day I still smell a faint odor and has forever ruined my new car smell. I am traumatized by this and very disappointed.

just brought in my car to get tinted earlier this afternoon. i was promised about an hour 30 minutes for completion, it took just about that amount of time. The owner is a chill dude, takes good care of his customers and is very service oriented. He is laid back, easy to talk to and very friendly. He was willing to explain everything to me and was very patient in doing so. i am a fan. i will definitely be back. they also have a lifetime warranty on all their tints.

I definitely consider the owner, i think his name was Peter - a great aftermarket resource and definitely not a salesman

Was recommended on the Lexus forums to get tint done here. The good thing is that they can go as dark as you want them to, but the quality of installation isn't that great. Had to come here twice to fix two windows!

If you really want the best tint, Best Window Tinting of Tustin, truly is the best. They tint all the way to the edge of the window, not like this place where they leave like 1mm of untinted glass. Yes, I'm meticulous like that.

But otherwise the service was good despite the huge line of cars waiting to get tinted, so coming here before they open is a must thing to do.

Fyi.. Mention that you're paying with cash and you might get a discount.
