Now, I'm not a scuba diver, nor have I ever been to a dive shop before, but from my naive perspective, this place is great. I went here to buy snorkel gear with my partner for an upcoming trip to Maui, and the staff (one man in particular, whose name I unfortunately didn't get) were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me pick out a mask that fit my face, pointed me to a good set of fins, and told me about the different snorkel options, not pushing me to buy the most expensive equipment. The shop itself is large, clean, and well-stocked. Recommended if you need snorkel gear -- I can't speak to the scuba side of things.

I never thought I would have to write this review. I've been renting dive gear here for a few years now and my Friends and Relatives have been buying me gift certificates for Christmas, Birthday etc. so I could use them whenever I want to rent dive gear. A few months ago they started a going out of business sale and when I went into the store they told me they were moving to a new location but they didn't have a place yet. I was a little worried about getting burned to the tune of about $200 so I bought some extra gear and got some sweet deals on stuff I might not have purchased otherwise, but still if I saved my gift certs which I was assured would be valid in the future I might be rummaging through the picked over merchandise right now trying to spend two bills.
9-20-07 update:
I've since found out that they were trying to negotiate a new location but for some reason the deal couldn't be completed.
