I really enjoy the service at this place! I had to get a quick hair trim before I left for a trip. I called a head to see if anyone was available at a short notice, but unfortunately everyone left that night but someone said they can do it for me. I came into the shop and it was HUGE! I got my bangs trimmed and the service was amazing! I asked if I can do something different (as to part it, but i have a natural part already) and she gave me her honest opinion on how it will look on me. I really do appreciate that because I've had some horrible hairstyles in the past. I give her props for that.
another thing is that if you go on their website they mostly do everything! from piercing, facial waxing, styling, and skin care. You name it!
OH! And my bangs only cost $5! I'll be coming here more often for more of their service! -

I had been seeing Ronnie Kelly at this salon for years...I live in California now and come back twice a year to visit family and get my hair done. I have always tipped her well (like 30%!!!) and been a long standing customer of hers. When I had my hair done by her this past time, it was too dark and needed to be brightened up a little. When I attempted to contact her (via text, office and cell) re: requesting to have her put more highlights in, she ignored my calls. I finally went into the salon and she was very rude and refused to brighten my hair up. I have never had someone been so rude to me, especially after being such a long term client. There is nothing worse than have someone belittle you for not liking your hair or asking them to fix it. I was not rude to her nor critizing...I just needed some help. Do NOT go to this salon or to RONNIE unless you want bad service and a bad experience overall!!!
