I would give this place 5 stars, but unfortunately they neglect to include in their inventory, classic toys, such as Frisbees for summer, or charades, etc.
However, the four star rating comes from their unique and thoughtful collection not found in other mainstream toy stores. My daughter, for example, LOVES to collect their Japanese erasers. They are inexpensive at $1 a piece, and a fun surprise to bring home.
Overall this place is high quality and has just expanded to include a store twice the size with the same small store appeal. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
I can never resist a toy store. This is a great one with a wide variety available. There's something here for everyone.
The atmosphere is well lit, open, and easy to maneuver in.
Service has been good whenever I've been here. No high pressure to buy.

Great selection, but it's mostly for adults - very crowded with toys on high shelves, not a lot of room for kids to explore. Still, most toys, especially expensive ones, are bought by adults, and I was very impressed with the attention to detail. Even though there are tons of products, the owner will happily tell you about each one in a low-pressure, relaxed way. I'm a city boy and not used to small merchants, but I felt totally comfortable and happy buying stuff here. This is the place to buy quality toys to stimulate kids or adults you care about and feel confident the people there care too.
Always came here as a kid. It's changed a lot, but I still love it!
