This was my first visit to Moab, so I wasn't sure what to expect.  I've always had good experiences with Bed and Breakfasts so I was pretty sure we'd have nice accomodations.  Nice is an understatement.
Our room was small, but nicely decorated and the bed was ultra comfortable.  We had our own outside door and parking spot so access was not a problem.
The innkeepers, Kim and David, are remarkable.  They are both friendly and welcoming without being intrusive.  They are willing to share their stories about refurbishing an 1860's farm into a phenomenal bed and breakfast.  They also have good tips on the local eateries.
The breakfasts...I will be dreaming about David's cooking for some time, and honestly it's one of the biggest draws back to Moab.  Yeah, you know the mountain biking is amazing, but so are these breakfasts!  When the weather is nice they are served outside on a beautiful patio near the garden.
I cannot think of a better stay at any hotel or B&B.  This place is the tops!
