I chose Cal to repair my 4Runner after I got into an fender bender with another car. The other driver was at fault, so the damages were billed to the other drivers insurance. Nana, the manager, was very helpful in getting me exactly what I wanted done. She worked directly with the other drivers insurance company to adjust the original quote on the damages in my favor. Which in turn got me some extra cash as well as making all the necessary fixes.
Nana was very helpful in keeping me updated on the progress and made all arrangements including getting me a rental car to pick me up when I dropped my car off at the shop.
The damages are unnoticeable, AND Nana got me some extra cash from the insurance adjuster! No surprises, onetime, easy. Thanks Cal Auto Body. -

Nana is the best! Cal Auto is real professional. Sam is cool also.
My car was vandalized not too long ago and this place was highly recommended to me by my girlfriend. Once the car was out of the shop, it was like brand new. They even painted part of my carbon fiber hood and reclearcoated my carbon fiber trunk making it real clean. Thanks again!!! I'd give you guys 10 stars if I could. -

Nana is the best person ever! She took care of everything for me! My car was badly vandalized from driver to passanger side. It pretty much needed a full new paintjob to get it fixed!
I finally got it fixed and BAM, my car looks good as new. The resale value of it probably went up! I loved working with Nana. Aside from that she saved me A LOT OF MONEY...when I say a lot..I MEAN HUGE!!!!!!
Only thing that bugged me a little was cigarette ashes was inside my car.
But all in all BEST PLACE TO GO TO for repairs! Ask for Nana, she will take good care of you. -

Today I just dropped off my Honda odyssey to cal. Nana took care of me from day one. She sets everything up for you. Even your rent a car. Been going to this shop since 2000. Previous repairs was my Honda civic, Infiniti qx4, Mercedes e500 and sienna. All repairs was perfect. 5 stars!!!! Thanks to "NANA". For great service.

Friendly and professional, Nana and her staff will make sure you get everything you want. Nana is awesome:) she will take care of all your worries. From Car towing, to car rental. She'll work with you when it comes to money. I'd recommend this shop to everyone. You wouldn't regret it.

The best Christmas gift I ever got was my car when I picked it up from Cal Auto body. Nana had gone out of her way to customize the repairs to my car in such a way that made my eyes light up! I literally threw my arms around her and jumped up and down. I had been referred to Nana at Cal Auto Body by my housemate, who had the same experience working with her as I did. She is one savvy, kind, and incredibly chic lady; a brilliant business woman who knows how to keep things on a personal level. And, oh yes, the work Cal Auto Body does is top notch. Not to mention that Nana will deal directly with your insurance company for you, as if she's your personal assistant. She'll even give you tips on saving money in a way you might expect only from your loving and very responsible older sister. Do yourself a favor and call Nana FIRST if your car gets banged up. I did, and it was Merry Christmas to me!

WOW- just worked with them today and they were sooo helpful. I am nervous when it comes to cars beacuse i know nothing about them. I am about to buy one off of craigslist- this makes for a possibly dangerous situation. I called Cal-auto out of the blue and asked if they could take a look at the car I am interested in which is not really the normal request for a collision repair place. The receptionist couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. She a) gave me some tips on what to look into when buying a used car ie: vin# etc for carfax b) She called a mechanic who wasn't working that day but who specializes in Volvo's (Nick) to see if he could help. He called me in 5 min and we arranged for him to help- then she called 10 min later to make sure I was okay and everything was under control. WOW these people totally put me at ease and helped me out with what I consider a very nerve-wracking purchase. I couldn't have been more pleased - It feels like a place I could rely and in the future I am coming to them for my auto needs even though I live in SF. Thanks so much guys!
