Cain is our corporate online travel agent where we book our air, hotel and car itineraries.  The interface is semi-intuitive.  They have included standard features of defining corporate travel policies so that employees comply within a given company's travel policy rules.

It is almost as efficient as IBM's online travel site, however, once a flight is ticketed and booked, you are unable to change either outbound or inbound flight online.  To do so, you would have to call a live person.  A standard charge of $100 per change for non-refundable deals applies, which seems fair.

However, it would really be a great feature enhancement if the ability to make changes online was available.
