On a recent trip to Boulder, we stopped in the Boulder Coop to get some snacks for the road. We noticed the cafe attached and were instantly welcomed with open arms by Cornelius. He is the Juice master. Seriously, this guy made our whole trip. He was so kind to us - strangers in a strange town, we were welcomed with a hug and samples of his magical elixirs. What a way to give good service! We immediately fixed up a plate of the uber healthy snacks and had him make his favorite juice blends for us. Phenomenal. Really. This stuff is truly made with love. I cannot recommend this place enough. Go see Cornelius. You will not be disappointed. Sure, it's a bit hippy, but come on - it's Boulder! What do you expect! It's damn good food that's great for your mind, body and soul. but really - get a juice from Cornelius - He is one of the nicest guys I have ever met. Tell him Rob the photographer from California sent you. I posted a shot of him so he will be easy to spot....

Strange hippy food. I won't eat it. People who are into the crunchy stuff like this place. Good people watching at the Cafe and ajoining Boulder Co-Op.

Next to the Boulder Food Co-op, this place is awesome!  Delicious tempeh reuben sandwich with a choice of chips or apple slices.  Salad bar available.  Great juice bar.  All organic. Hot food bar and espresso bar!  Woohoo...this place is a score!  Vegan everything, though they have dairy cheese on request.

Decent falafel sandwich, but don't expect to eat in a hurry.  It seems as if half the people making espressos are drinking too much ganja tea.  The juice guy is always happy, it seems.
