I know it's not nearly as cute as it's Clayton Brother, but I still really enjoy this Cafe Manhattan. I actually in some ways enjoy it more than the Clayton establishment, largely because it's never busy, I can always get a table, it's the same delicious menu, and the service is well, better.
For being such a small establishment the menu is wonderful. Everyone can find something here. From pizzas to burgers to salads and one of the best milkshakes in town, there's a meal for everyone. I am dull and always get the same thing, the Liberty Sandwich. I am devoted to the gooey cheese and avocado mix to make a delicious creamy, well, heaven on wheat bread. Love It!
I always forget how good this place is until I go back and then I crave it for two weeks afterward. I'm quite a big fan. -

I think the key to having a good experience at Cafe Manhattan is understanding what it is. It's a dineresque atmosphere with slightly improved diner food. I had a burger and it was satisfying, for sure, but not a 5 star production. Near to my house and reasonably priced, I'm sure I will return.

i went here a couple of years ago, i stopped and tried this place for lunch. it was a bit rainy that day.
they were a bit busy. they were a bit slow and the place had a weird smell to it. i got the spinach salad w/ hot bacon dressing and it was good.
did not really think to much about the place til today. my parents brought me a salad and cannelloni. it was very good also. it would have been very good if it was hot. i may start keeping this place in mind. i just hope they got faster service since the last time i was there.
