I don't know about you, but I have been skeptical of chiropractors for quite some time now. In the spring of this past year, however, I finally got to the end of my rope with the pain of my sciatica. Through word of mouth I heard about Allie and made an appointment to go see her.
Dr. Allie has a knack for finding the exact locations of pain and adjusting with speed instead of force, allowing your body to do what it needs to do. Her ability to read your body's energy has been uncannily dead on each time I've seen her.
My life has changed quite a bit since starting with Allie. The back/leg pain has receded greatly. I've been able to be much more active again. I sleep better, feel better, and am generally in a much better mood. I can't recommend strongly enough how good this can be for your health and wellness. Don't wait as long as I did - go see Allie! -

I go to Dr. Allie for my back problems, and she's a great, friendly person who seems to be helping my back out. I'm only midway through my treatment, so that's really all I can say for now.
The studio is nicely decorated, and it's conveniently located to my home. -

If you think chiropractors are just for back pain, think again. Dr. Allie has helped me calm down my postpartum hormones, get my stretched out body back into circulation, and even helps my immune system fight off colds. I take my kids to her too. Any cold, or ear infection, I bring them in and haven't had to put them on antibiotics. Dr. Allie even helped with my 4 year old's bedwetting! We love dr Allie.

, Dr. Allie moved from Atlanta to Denver after finding and falling in love with Stapleton. Her Chiropractic adjustments have a fine balance of precision and intuition which helps create powerful shifts in her clients' wellbeing. The Café has become a hub for all things Vitalistic in Denver. There is also an awesome massage therapist at the Cafe. Ryan joined the team in 2011 and has had rave reviews from 100% of his clients. The Café has frequent events like art showings, talks on all things health, wine tastings, exotic food tasting.
