Not bad at all. I was on my road trip back to south Florida from NJ and stayed here. Very affordable and clean for the price. Bathroom was surprisingly spacious as was the room.

My dad would stay here when he's working at the UF Cogen plant.  Well-accomodated place - every morning you'd get a copy of the Gainesville Sun and each day includes free continental breakfast.  My dad would invite my sister and me and my roommates to meet up with him early in the morning for brekafast.  Nothing very wow about it (especially from Gainesville) but enough is offered for the comfortable stay my dad deserved.
