I have been going to this restaurant for many years now. I treat then in a class similar to Olive garden.

Today we had their appetizer sampler. Tuscan chicken was nice with good flavor. Meatball and mozerella fritta was good as well. For entree we had the custom calzone with chicken, meatball and onion. It was slightly burned. But still good. We also had baked tortellini and chicken gratinati. It was cheesy good.

Today food took unusually long to arrive. Waitress seemed a bit disoriented.

Recently I read an article that they may file bankruptcy. So rushed to have a dinner when I can. For all their shortcomings it is still a comfort food for me.

I haven't been to Bertucci's in years, but I used to love going for their lunch specials. I was very excited to find out that they still do the lunch special, 7 days a week, from opening until 3 pm. With the lunch special, you get unlimited salad (served family style) and warm rolls with oil and spices for dipping. We ordered menuccis (personal pizzas) - I got pesto chicken, which is my all time favorite Bertucci's pizza, and my husband got the sporkie (sausage and ricotta). Both were perfectly cooked and actually a little large for lunch (especially considering that we ate two rolls each before they arrived).

You get all of that for $7.99 each! I found our bill of $22 (included two lunch specials and two soft drinks) to be very reasonable for the quantity and quality of food that we received. Our service was fabulous and I would definitely go back to this location next time I'm in Manchester and need a quick bite to eat!

Not only was my order completely wrong (ordered the veggie pizza and got a veggie pizza with meat added to it-a combination that isn't even on the menu?) but the server wasn't very friendly, and the bathroom was the most disgusting restaurant bathroom I have ever seen.

The food was good, but management clearly needs to improve.

Was gunna eat here but then there was no hostess to greet us within 7 minutes of standing there, when we were finally greeted by someone, we were told with a bunch of open tables that the wait would be 30minutes because the kitchen is backed up. Disgusted with this horrible experience I'm left hangry .. it's like saying hey we don't want your money get out of here!! What awful service!!

Nope. First I had to wait a ridiculous amount of time to be seated, then I was expected to wipe off my table because it was all sticky, then they never brought me any water, then I had to listen to my server and another, bicker about how they weren't going to do each other's work. So much for teamwork. Terrible service. My server's name was Colton and he was just awful. Never came to check on me, (and I needed stuff, too, like water, dressing and napkins,) and seemed to be annoyed he had to wait on me. The only good food was the salad and that's not saying much. The bread tasted like dough but, the dipping oil was quite decent. I got Cod Piccata that came out looking like soup with severely over-cooked angel hair and really greasy fish. I sent it back and left annoyed at the whole experience and that I was STILL hungry. Avoid this place.

Great Chicken Piccata. Not sure why this is a 2.8. It's a solid 4 in my visit. Almost didn't go because of the low rating. Sure glad I did. The barkeep was friendly and attentive. The warm rolls with spiced EVOO is very good. OK beer selection. But the Piccata with white wine lemon sauce and capers is too die for. The egg fettuccine noodles paired nicely.

This was my first time here. I went with two good friends for dinner one night after shopping at the mall. The bread they give you at the begging was awesome. One friend had a crab cake and the other had a sausage and peppers sandwich. They both loved their meals. I however was very disappointed with mine. I figured the name of it but it had tortellini(see picture) and was pretty much inedible. It was burned and dry so it was like biting into tasteless airy cardboard. The waitress said that happens a lot with this dish but mine looked especially worse than usual. They gave me my money back and I left hungry since I didn't want to make my friends wait while I ordered something new.

Delightful. Not sure about the other reviews, but I find this place to be consistent in both quality of service and quality of food.

This location stands out to me in terms of convenient location [mall, also across from a comedy club] and in terms of decor and waitstaff.

My most recent visit prompts this review - I wanted to set the record straight for those of you contemplating consuming here or those of you hesitant to go back.

I went for lunch - my mom had a spinach salad with salmon on it - I had the margherita pizza with chicken on it.

Pizza - - I really don't like that much cheese on my pizza. So just a few slices of mozzarella with some tangy sauce and chicken - just my style. Thin crust, always crispy. Definitely recommend this - and pretty much any of their pizzas. But this one is a favorite.

Salad - - Under dressed with more on the side - a safe play. Salmon was cooked medium, well seasoned, nothing bad to say about it.

I mean, its a chain. They do a lot of things well and they are far from perfect, but the place is decorated nicely, is well kept, the waitstaff are all really nice (at least the ones that I have encountered) and the food has been consistently good.

Also, the rolls and flavored olive oil seem to fall from the sky like a scene from Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs - and will fill you up without warning.

I know, I get it. Bertucci's is a chain. But seriously, it is the only chain restaurant that I choose to go to time and time again. They're doing something right.

As a vegetarian, chain restaurants kind of suck when it comes to options. Not Bertucci's. Pizza, flatbreads, pastas, salads, platters, appetizers- they have it all. And they can make it all vegetarian.

I love the menuccis, or mini flatbreads, on their lunch menu. Combine that with unlimited insalata and rolls for just $7.99 and I'm in heaven. For dinner, my go-to is the antipasto platter on the appetizer menu, which they gladly turn into a vegetarian feast by adding more veggies and some mozzarella in place of the salami and ham.

I love the service. I love the cleanliness of the restaurant. I love Bertucci's.

Well first, the service was absolutely horrid. My girlfriend and I sat there for twenty minutes before our waitress greeted us. We ordered our drinks so we didn't have to wait another twenty minutes. Twenty minutes later the waitress handed me the worst old fashioned I've ever had. It tasted like water, bourbon, and artificial fruit juice. I sent it back and got an IPA. 15 minutes past and the waitress informed me they were out of the IPA I ordered so she just gave me a different beer, which she charged me for.. 1 and 30 minutes there, we finally got our meals. Good food but not worth the price. I had a bad experience with this place so we both decided we were not going to return.

If that wasn't enough, a few days later my bank account seemed lower than I was expecting. I checked and it said that bertucci's charged me $700 + for a $60 tab?! How is that even possible?!? I stormed in and talked with a few managers who finally took care of the issue. Any good company would apologize and give the customer a small gift, not this place. I got charged full amount, with no discount or gift card. Very displeased with this place. Do not go.
