I love, love, love this store. It's a shop that will just make you happier by entering it! Lots of fun things to look at and buy. They even have clothing!

I always head to C'est la Vie when its someones birthday. Their products are always fun and unique. It can be a bit on the spendy side, but I never fail to find something interesting thats always the hit of the party.

I have only been in here once so far and I will say that this is a good thing for my bank account! I wanted so many items when I went in the first time. The clothes, the fun jewelery, the house hold items and the staff are all of the highest caliber. I didn't buy anything on this trip but I can tell you that it was hard, extremely hard, to resist. If you are looking for a unique gift for a woman (sister, mother, friend...there really is something for woman of any age) that is unique and of high quality go here. The staff is extremely delightful and helpful. I know that when I have a little extra money to burn this will be one of my first stops!

Such an amazing shop! This place is the place that brings a smile to everyone's face! From those of the staff members (including me), to all the customers that come through, there is always the most positive happy feeling! C'est la Vie is about lifestyles. Its focus is about warmth, and good feelings. Owner Colleen Bowman had a vision when she opened the shop over Four years ago and that was:"I wanted to create a store that was a gathering place, a place where people would come just to visit, to laugh and a place where local and national artists could sell their unique creations."
Most all is handmade in USA. quite a few local Artists as well. They have paintings, photographs, shadow boxes, and metal sculptures Just to name a few) for your walls, beautiful handmade furniture by various Artists, tabletop goods such as clocks, serving pieces, picture frames, and card games, and they have floor cloths, music, standing sculpture pieces. Then they have your wearable for men and women: clothing, shoes, scarves, jewelry and more! This shop hits just about every realm in the personal shopping world, to see it is to believe it! This is my favorite store in Edmonds. When I'm home I often walk into downtown just to catch a glimpse of any new merchandise. I practically want to buy everything in the store, but usually have to settle on a few new pieces of jewelry. The staff there is absolutely amazing. This girl named Alice is always so friendly and helpful. I swear that the majority of their customers come into the shop just to visit with her. She always helps me find exactly what I'm looking for. Next time you drive into downtown Edmonds, be sure to stop by the store. It's amazing.

C'est La Vie is like a treasure chest. It sparkles with color and excitement -- lovely jewelry, beautiful home decor, chic clothing, gifts for everybody I can think of (including myself) and the staff is delightful. What a treat! It's definitely worth a trip to downtown Edmonds.

Wow! Most clothing stores in downtown Edmonds cater to a much older crowd. C'est la Vie is a complete surprise -- it's basically like walking into Etsy! There's moderately priced local paintings and prints to buy, there's tons of local artisan jewelry and the clothes are incredibly well selected (lots of Michael Stars t's, but lots of dresses and sweaters and cute tops as well). They also have a few carefully selected shoes -- one of the only stores I know in the Seattle area that sells Re-Mix vintage reproductions shoes. I was looking for a top for Christmas pictures and happened upon one of their endless pretty and unexpected offerings: a colorful sheer leotard made by a dance company for $28. As I was walking out, I noted a painting I'd like to eventually buy for the house for $85 and a zillion necklaces that want to come home with me, too. This week I'm moving to Capitol Hill, and I think C'est La Vie will probably be the only reason I ever return to Edmonds. The woman who owns it had an excellent eye and really helped me find a great shirt. I don't feel like I scratched the surface of all the awesome, local artist stuff they have, though! When I have more money to spend, I'll totally be back.
