Review from Joseph L.
Fountain Valley, CA
This place is as they say "Woohoo! As good as it gets!'
Probably the best thing invented since sliced bread. This place is seriously the place to go. I've been taking all my paint work to C&C ever since I needed a good body shop. You only have to see a few horrible paint jobs to make you realize how important it is to have a quality paint job. It's a sore having to look at a terrible hacked paint job by a sub-par shop. You know that when your work is coming out of here by Rett or Nathan you can feel reassured it'll be the best in this industry.
Furthermore Nicolette their superb office manager is perhaps the most amazing office manager I've ever met in my life. Trust me...if they had some sort of office manager competition she'll definitely win top honors. She'll remember your name by the time you leave the shop on your first visit and she's always brightening up everyone's day.
Whether it's insurance work or out of pocket repairs C&C is the place to go, I've seen them turn buckets into a bricks of gold, if these guy's can't fix it nobody can. There is a reason these guys are so busy, they're just that good at what they do. Every time I'm here I see walk-in customers from referrals and also new walk-in clients, now tell me where you've seen that at a body shop? Furthermore for those worrying these guy's always deliver on time and when you're a customer of C&C they'll treat you like family. -

I recently took my car to C & C Collision for repair from an accident a few months ago. I was very happy with the way they handled everything with my insurance company. They managed to repair my bumper in a timely manner and kept me updated throughout the whole process. I would definitely take my car there again if it ever needed any type of body work.

I initially went to C & C Collision thinking that my car will be repaired. With their stellar reputation for quality of work, I had no doubt that my car would come out flawless. Well, it turns out that underneath what I thought was minor damage was actually unrepairable frame damage.
When it seemed like my insurance was trying to pull every trick in the book to have my car inadequately repaired, Nathan spent countless hours on the phone and in person with multiple levels of my insurance's claims office, adjusters, supervisors, etc... to make sure they understood why a total loss was in order for my car. Nathan kept me in the loop at all times and although I was a first time customer, he treated me as though I was the most important client he had.
For 40+ days, he fought a war with my insurance to make sure I wasn't treated unfairly. It was a bittersweet day as I witnessed my beloved Laguna Blue Pearl S2000 get totaled, but rightfully so as we won the battle against my insurance company.
I can't thank you enough Nathan, Nicolette, & Rett!! -

This review is long overdue and since I found Nathan on Yelp I figure I better let my fellow yelpers know how good C & C Collision is.
Without boring you with details about the shitty body shop I originally took my car too, which I posted as well on Yelp, Nathan went above and beyond what any body shop should do, what did he do? let me tell you...
So the body shop that I had my car at, was totally jerking me around and would not release my car until he was "paid". In the midst of battling with the deush, Nathan took a full morning and drove with me to Culver City to pick up my car, which we didn't get, however Nathan convinced the owner of the body shop to give him all of the parts to my car so that we didn't waste the entire 3 hour round trip. Thank you Nathan, you really didn't have to do that...
Why did I pick C and C? Nathan and Rhett do a lot of custom work, especially on BMW's, which I have. I noticed that they had done a "frozen" paint scheme (matte finish) on another car which I found online and I asked Nathan what he thought....He had never seen matte graphite and thought that it would look amazing and let me tell you it does. After Nathan went to bat with my insurance, my baby came out of C and C looking crazy good. I can't begin to tell you the compliments I get on my car.
Yes previous reviews about Nicolette are true, she is the sweetest woman and so helpful on the phone, I knew where my baby was at all times. They warranty their work for life, which very few body shops do if at all anymore.
Lastly, the original body shop I had my car at, kept my rear view mirror and a couple other parts that would have cost me $1000 if I had to buy myself. Nathan called the jerk-off and told him that it would be best for all parties involved if he gave me back my parts instead of me going to court to get them, the next day my parts were returned to me, Nathan, you have a way with words!!
In conclusion, if you need a quality body shop that does not only everyday cars, but your top of the line BMW's"s, Porsche's, MBZ's C and C Collision with Nathan, Rhett and Nicolette as well as their crew are the place to go, why do you think they now have 36 five star reviews? it isn't by accident (ha ha).....you guys have a life long customer with me!! Keep up the great work... -

"Look over your shoulder before changing lanes." A basic rule of minding your blind spots while driving. Obviously, the moron who clipped me going 70 mph on the freeway was asleep at the wheel during "how NOT to drive like an asshole" class.
I cried my eyeballs out until they slid straight out of my eye sockets when I got out & saw the damage to my immaculate beauty of a beast. It's built tough, but it's not invincible, especially against a full-sized pick up truck "driven" by a fucking moron.
Distraught and feeling like my first born child got a sucker punch to the face, I went to the only place I trust with my bimmer baby...Avus Autosport.
Andrew called C&C and within no time, Nathan showed up, gave me a quick run-down of what I can expect and my car was on its way to rehab. The collective efforts of Avus and C&C stopped the bleeding & made the rest of my day as stress free as possible. Special thanks to you guys, I appreciate you!
From start to finish, I had a great experience with C & C. Nicolette, their office manager is incredibly sweet & on top of things. I received text message updates on the status of my car repair, all the way up to the day I drove it off their lot.
Nathan promised that my car would be restored to pre-accident condition..or better.
Did he deliver?
Let's just say, that if I told you my car was involved in a collision..you'd tell me I was full of shit.
At which point I'd cry...tears of joy, that is.Listed in: whip like whoa

I went to C&C because of the reviews. They are so friendly and helpful, great communication too. My car was not safe to drive so I had to leave it there, they made sure the insurance understood the problem so the rental car would be paid. Repair was done flawlessly. If anyone ask me where to bring their car for body work, I'll say C&C is the best.

The very best! Friendly, communicative, honest, they do more than agreed. My Allstate appraisal came in under a proper repair. C&C acted as liaison, got an adjuster to come out and see that the task required reconditioned bumpers. They agreed (kudos to Allstate too). When I picked up my Lexus I had two like-new looking bumpers and a new tail pipe end. C&C also buffed the entire car to a sparkle.

They fixed my door and the undercarriage of my car that was damaged by the driveway of my apartment (my landlord would get a two star review). Anyway, they repaired it beautifully and they were super friendly and charged a good price. After a few months the new door's adhesive seal started to come loose. Having dealt with a body shop that wouldn't stand behind it's work before, I took my car in expecting similar treatment. To my pleasant surprise, Nathan was fully sympathetic and took time to explain how when installing the seal it could have happened.
They fixed it pronto and, just my luck, it wasn't too long before the new seal started coming loose. I took it back in thinking, "okay, now they are going to get defensive and they'll probably say it's something I'm doing." I even considered that maybe it was something I was doing, but how many ways are there to open or close a car door? I mean the things are pretty idiot proof. So this time Rett helped me out and he was just as gracious and concerned as Nathan. They figured out that the seals were coming from a batch that had faulty adhesive. When they put on the third one it stuck and hasn't move a bit!
In conclusion, a great garage isn't just one that fixes your car perfectly the first time. Cars are complex objects and unforeseen things like the defects in the adhesive are bound to happen from time to time. A great garage like C&C, is one that you know will stand behind their work. Nathan, Rett and Colette really take pride in what they do and are great folks! -
Review from Karen C.
The consistant quality that this shop delivers is unparalleled! I always insist on using C & C Collision for accidents I have been in (insert your Asian driver joke here, but for the record there were not my fault). =p
I have known Nathan and Rett at C & C Collision for as long as I have owned my car. I trust them 100% with any calls they make, as they always put in 100% to take care of me and my car. Whatever I bring in, from minor bumper damage to frame damage this shop has all the right tools fixing my car like new. On my most recent visit, Nathan noticed an old dent I had on the right-back panel of my car and after asking me to pop the trunk of my car... he reached in and banged the dent out with couple swift punches with his bare hands! At first I was like ?, then ! and finally =D my car looks much better than before and it was all done gratis!
Nicolette in the front office is very experienced and motherly, putting me at ease in a stressful situation. I was so glad to have her there to handle the tough insurance parts, her professionalism shines. Quick tip: Ask nicely for a cup of coffee, they just got a Keuig coffee maker and you might get Starbucks. ;)
Just so you know, C & C stands for "custom and classic" other than autobody repairs I bring my car in for they are geniuses when it comes to custom work; like custom paint or modifications on classic and pricey cars. Rett told me just the other week they finished working on a Dutch Spyker, I honestly didn't know what he was talking about but it was explained to me as a type of super car... super... as in super expensive?! =p Hehe it feels great knowing that my trusty Honda Civic gets the same love as a super car! ;)
Whatever car you have, after taking it in here you will never look for another shop again. Yes, you can find cheaper shops in the San Gabriel and El Monte area that will quote half the price but you get what you pay for: a half-assed, mickey mouse job. Check the car forums, check the car magazines check all the other 5 star reviews on Yelp... there's a reason for all the recommendations. =) -

Last year my beloved Civic Hatchback was gravely injured after a rent-a-cop fell asleep behind the wheel, ran a red light and hit me. I had it towed to C&C after reading all of the good reviews here, hopeful that it could be fixed. It turned out it had to be totaled due to the frame being bent, and I had to come to C&C to take out anything I wanted to keep I spoke with Nicolette and she said she would be in before they opened so I could clean it out and still get to work at a decent hour. It turns out that she was running behind that morning, but she called the guys and they let me in. It was really emotional for me as I loved that car and had driven it my entire adult life. I was actually in tears, and Nicolette was so sweet, telling me she understood exactly how I felt as she had been there herself with her old Saturn! She also offered to talk to her daughter's boyfriend (?) who worked on Hondas in case he knew of a non-modified Civic hatchback of a similar age that was for sale. He actually called me with something but I had decided to purchase something new. So thanks to Nicolette for being so awesome!

Someone sideswipped my car in a parking garage yet again (something about my silver Audi...) and of course I called C&C for an appointment. It took a couple weeks but I am very happy with the result. C&C really cares about the customer and it shows.

Two years later, the same old story at C & C...excellence!
This time, I messed myself up by sideswiping a neighbor's car and scratching the side of my pristine vehicle. OMG. I gave the neighbor a gift card to his fave restaurant (he popped his mirror back in and was cool about it the situation).
As for me, I took a trip to C & C to hear the bad news. Yeah, so the bad news wasn't that bad....Nathan said they could get a good result without me spending the big bucks and he was right. The guys came in below budget and my car looks pristine again.
If your ride needs body work, don't bother to get estimates from every shady Tom and Dick - get yourself to C & C.1 Previous Review: Show all »

I moved from Boston and bought a new (and my first) car. So I was bummed when I was driving on the highway, some metal object came flying into my car. It hit my front bumper and left some scratches. My car was only a month old!
I had heard a lot of horror stories with auto repair shops and, as a new driver, I was afraid that I might be ripped off or taken advantage of. Am I glad that I found C&C Collision!
C&C Collision is honest, friendly and knowledgeable. Nathan took a look at my bumper and laid out all the options for me - never did he push any product or service on me. I decided to leave the scratches and just order a new grill, which had been dislocated from the impact. Nathan called me the next day to confirm the price of the new grill and I went in the next day. Even for a such a small service, I was treated by Nathan and his team with utmost care and attention. -

C & C Collision sets the bar that other shops try to meet. In 2006, Nathan worked on my show car that other body shops turned down due to the difficulties with the custom body kit. Since getting the car back, it has appeared in numerous magazines. Nathans paint ideas on my engine bay and body work have been complimented by numerous people.
Over the past 5 years, I've had to return to them for dings, scratches or the occasional careless driver that hits the car. They always give an outstanding service with a quick turn around. They really make me feel like a VIP and I watch them handle others with the same level of service.
Recently, I was hit from behind and the first shop that came to mind was C & C Collisions. Rett was very helpful in taking the weight off me and worked with the insurance appraiser in getting the custom bumper fixed. Not an easy feat to accomplish, as the custom bumper takes more labor hours than most insurance companies are willing to pay for. He really went the extra miles for me.
Whether it's Nicolette's warm welcome at the door, Retts quick and honest service or Nathans down to earth human touch, C & C is defiantly a Gem in Pasadena. -

I got hit on the rear quarter panel of my car and part of the bummer July 4th weekend, and was recommended to this shop by my chiropractor, Richard Cheung at Chiro Center in Pasadena.
All the people here were very helpful and knowledgeable. They took time to explain everything to me, deal with the insurance company and gave me good advice about the repairs.
Excellent customer service and communication, honest, and knowledgeable!
Would recommend this place to my friends. -

Custom Classic, I mean C and C collision, exemplifies what it means to be a honest, trusty repair shop! Me and my family have known Nathan and Rhett for a long time now. Since they were doing Honda's for the original fast and furious movie, or showing their cars at the dub shows of the 90's, they have always put their all into their work.
It simple, if you want your car done right, whether you need some repairs to get it back to perfect, or you want some custom work done, their work is nothing but amazing.
They are very professional and will be in good communication with you at all times. -

WOW! From the moment I called them, I knew they were something different! First and foremost, the people at C&C are the absolute nicest you could ever hope for. I dropped my Lexus off before a long vacation, and they made sure to call me while I was in Italy when they discovered some changes. No hidden surprises! In fact, they refunded me $150 because they said it simply wouldn't be worth it do some work the insurance company requested, as it would make the car look worse, due to some previously poorly done body work. I couldn't have been more impressed with Nicolette (the office manager), and Nathan and Rett (the owners). Lastly, the car looked brand new when I got it back, they had detailed it floor to ceiling.
Thanks C&C! -

C&C Collision is wonderful. As I wrote in my two other reviews (for two sleezeball autobody shops I would recommend everyone to stay the hell away from), I recently got into a car accident that destroyed my front bumper and bent my fenders and hood. Luckily the damage stopped short of my radiator or I would consider my cheapy $5000 car totaled and buy a new one.
I already got a few reviews, one from some dude who told me it cost $3,500 to fix my car without so much as glancing at my car, and another that's sort of an average estimate. I walked into C&C without high hopes, convinced I'll probably have to replace my car. Both owners here are so nice, and their office manager is amazing.
This location is actually a little hard to find. I was never able to find it successfully, but the office manager is always willing to walk outside and flag my car down so I know where to park. I believe her name is Nicolette. She's wonderful.
That day, this was the ONLY, and I repeat, ONLY autobody shop that spent more than 10 minutes assessing the damage and explain to me what part is damaged and how they can or can't fix it, and what part they think has a potential of being damaged but they can't exactly tell until later, and broke my options down to me. They gave me the option of using after market parts, said they would straighten out my fenders and realign my hood rather than replacing them, and told me the cost of fixing each of the parts they think could potentially be damaged and what the range of estimate would be. The owner even pointed out to me why my radiator isn't damaged and why I was very lucky the impact stopped where it did. (Thanks to this I did not get scammed by autobody shop that shall not be named but starts with a D, who told me I needed to replace my entire radiator. I wrote a review of my experience with D Autobody shop. Please read it and don't go there.)
That day I was completely disheartened by other autobody shops that either tried to scam me, or told me I should blindly trust them and give my car to them and just pay whatever they want to charge at the end, or randomly wrote up an estimate without telling me why or what is being fixed. Walking into C&C was really a breath of fresh air. I felt so relieved that they were around to help me so I wasn't stuck with one of the shops that wasn't giving me my time of the day.
This place gave me an estimate of $1,500 with all after market parts, to $2,000 with no after market parts, to $2,500 if what they think could be broken is broken. I lucked out, that part wasn't broken. At the end, the cost me $1800 to fix, after tax and labor. The car looks spiffy and new. So new, in fact, I wanted to paint the back bumper so they look just as new.
Nicolette actually told me to not repaint my car at C&C because they normally to custom paint job that's probably more elaborate and expensive than what I want, so she referred me to another paint shop they work with. I haven't been there, but I trust Nicolette completely and I'm sure I'll have a wonderful experience with the shop she recommended. -

West Los Angeles, CA
I've known these guys for years, back when they were known as Custom & Classic Paint & Body and located elsewhere in Pasadena.
I found them through an eBay auction, where I was trying to customize one of my cars and they were offering good pricing on painted parts. After speaking with Nathan (one of the owners), I immediately liked his straight-shooter approach and his obviously knowledge of working on custom and high-end cars.
I ordered literally thousands of dollars worth of parts without ever meeting the guy for a car that I hadn't even bought yet, so it took a fair amount of trust on both of our parts.
A few weeks later, I drove my new car over to his shop, and the parts were ready to go as promised and perfectly painted. Nathan and his partner Rett bent over backwards to complete the installation and modifications all in one day so that I could take the car that night. Fantastic.
Since then, we've grown to be friends, and any time I need bodywork or custom parts installation, it's comforting to know that C&C is ready and more than capable of doing a perfect job. For convenience, they have a relationship with the Enterprise Rent-a-car around the corner, so it's easy to drop your car off and drive off in your rental.
They're not the cheapest shop by any measure, but they are the best, as is indicated by their clientele and the quality of the cars that go in and out of there. C&C cars have also been featured in numerous films and car shows, so chances are you've seen their work. Despite catering to a higher-end clientele, however, Nathan, Rett, and their crew are totally down-to-earth! -

Well, sometimes things suck in a good way. I had my car broken into not long ago - parked near the JPL hiking trail in broad daylight!
Progressive begged me to go to their shit-bag repair place that no-doubt have dubious back-door arrangements with, but I insisted on taking my car to C&C...
I'm glad they did, because they treated my car with the same way they treat their own reputation. I felt like they really put effort into the job because they rely on repeat business in a small town like South Pas...
Also, these guys really stood up to my insurance company... it was nice to know I was getting my monies worth.1 Previous Review: Show all »

Just got a new rear bumper/rebar and spoiler installed on my car and wow, I can't say enough good things about C & C, specifically the owner, Nathan.
He's honest, down to earth, personable, and most importantly, puts the customer first. He quoted me a price and even though it took longer than expected (time is money) he stood by the quote. Not many people would do that. That said, the prices are very good and I'm 100% satisfied with their work.
If I could somehow force you to come here, I would. But I can't, so instead, I'll just highly highly recommend it. -

What a find this place is! Yesterday, I had the misfortune of rolling my little 1982 Toyota pickup right into the back of shiny, new Lexus. Arghhh!! Although the Lexus didn't suffer much more than a scrape, my poor troca's bumper was pushed up against one of my front tires. As a result, I could only drive straight or make right turns.
No es bueno.
After figuring out how to get to this place without having to make a single left turn, I stopped by for a visit.
I spoke with Nicolette at the front desk. She was so nice! I told her that because my truck was worth less than some handbags, it was not worth the money to spring for a new one. She disappeared for a sec to relay my situation to one of the owners, Rett.
Rett came out, asked me to give him 5 minutes, and then he went outside to take a look at the damage. In about 4 minutes, he came back into the office and told me I was ready to roll. I asked him how much, he said, "no charge." Awesome.
I don't know what he did, but he did it with his bare hands, and I was able to make left turns again! Because my truck is on its last legs (tires, whatever), bending the bumper back to its original position was the perfect solution for me. When I get a nicer car in the very near future, however, and am in need of their services, C&C Collision is where I will go. Thanks again C&C! -

A number of the reviews here mention the attention to detail that C & C exhibits, regardless of the size of the job. My recent experience with C & C confirms that a V.I.P. level of care is devoted to each and every one of their clients.
I was referred to C & C through the BMW enthusiast group MFest and received an initial paint repair quote from Nathan at a car meet. While it was disheartening to hear just how bad my car's paint was, I knew from the start that I was getting the honest truth from an honorable automotive professional.
I came to C & C last week for some touch-up items on a car I am trying to sell. From the convenient, freeway-close location, luxurious and comfortable waiting area (complete with plaques showcasing their award-winning show car work), and especially the warmth of their office manager (including an impromptu serenade!), I was treated like a "baller" from moment one, even though my repair cost only $50 and I was in and out in 30 minutes.
The work is flawless and I couldn't be happier. I find myself wishing for someone to broadside me so that I can take the car right back to C & C for a full repaint, possibly even an exotic flat midnight blue like Nathan's personal vehicle, a stunning M3.
I can't recommend C & C enough. Especially in insurance situations where you have the choice (and you do, ALWAYS!), why not bring it to the best?
Thanks Nate and Rett!

Everyone knows the only thing harder than finding a good mechanic is finding a good body shop.
I called and spoke with Nathan over the phone who explained the whole process and time line. I brought the car in on a Monday morning and picked it up the following Tuesday. While it was there the front bumper was completely reconditioned and painted due to rock chips and a less than stellar previous re-spray and the passenger side rocker panel was repainted due to a light curb entanglement.
I called the day before I was scheduled to pick it up just to confirm the date and time. When I arrived I inspected the car with Rett, paid the bill and was out the door in 10 minutes. The car looked absolutely fabulous!!!
IMHO C&C Collision is as good as it gets, and if I am ever unfortunate enough to get into accident I'll be bringing my car here for the repair. They make the process as simple and painless as possible and have a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. -

I just had an awesome experience with C & C. My son's basketball hoop blew over in a big wind storm three weeks ago and put a huge dent/scratch in the roof and hood of my 2009 G37S. I was super bummed but I called C&C after seeing their great reviews on Yelp. Rett
Nicolette runs the office and set me up with an appt to get an estimate. She is super nice and effecient. One of the owners, Rett took a thorough look at the damage, explained what had to be done and gave me a few options. The short version of the story is that I decided to get everything fixed and my car looks brand new again. Their work was fantastic AND they were great about dealing with my insurance company. I will be going to them for all future body work needs. -

Posted for my boyfriend's experience with C&C; here's his review! (:
Many car enthusiasts including myself dread taking their car to a body shop. Accidents do happen to the best of drivers even if it isn't your fault, fortunately C&C Collision in Pasadena can keep your car in tip-top shape. Myself personally I have taken my prized show car here to have custom work done to it. I have heard C&C from word of mouth from friend's and also the MFest community. They are a highly praised shop at various events to shows; you cannot go wrong with them. Body work is definitely something that the guy's Nathan and Rett take very seriously, they are always courteous of answering my phone calls and they always deliver a car by the promise date, whether you're paying out of pocket or insurance C&C Collision will step in and take care of you. Along with that, Nathan and Rett will not let the insurance company take advantage of you, they will not cut corners on your repair as they respect your car just as much if it was their own cars. On top of all of the meticulous work the team at C&C does Nicolette, the lady at the front desk, will always take the stress of a body shop away from you! The entire body shop is clean and welcoming; you definitely can be reassured you're being taken care of! -

Believe the hype about this place. I just had some work done here and I experienced everything positive that's written about this place on yelp. Nicolette the office manager is nice, friendly and professional. She'll always call you by name, and her caller ID allows her to greet you like an old friend when she picks up. The work was done quickly, below estimate, and best of all it was high quality work. I don't know how the prices here compare, but I didn't care since my insurance wasn't paying for the work. They have an automated text messaging system that texts you at least daily to keep you updated on the status of your car. This could get annoying for some people but I liked it. The only tricky thing here is figuring out where to park. There is no street parking on Arroyo Parkway, so you have to pull into their driveway, which is a little hard to find. If you're headed north on Arroyo Parkway, the driveway is before you get to the shop, not the driveway just past the shop. Highly recommended!

This place is the best! I've had numerous cars worked on here and my entire family along with friends bring their cars here after an accident. I also know they do great work on custom cars as well but my experience has been only w/ accident repairs. My first experience was in 2000 and I will never go anywhere else.
The owners of this place are the most honest people I know. They explain all the charges and they don't try and rip you off like most places. If you want the top notch work done on your car and not over pay for it you need to bring your car here. Ask for Nathan or Rhett and I guarantee you will be happy!

I am so happy I trusted all these reviews given to C&C Collision. They took care of me and my car from the minute I stepped into their office. The front office manager, Nicolette, is so helpful and knowledgeable. And one of the owners, Rett, was so awesome and got my insurance company to pay up additional repairs that needed to be done. My car looks like it did before the wreck. And I had a pleasant surprise..I had some scratches on my bumper that were taken care of as part of the work they did and another surprise...they took the time out to vacuum the inside of my car...awesome!!! They go far and beyond!!! I will definitely use them again!!!Thanks C&C Collision!!!

I know there are too many good reviews for this place and that I probably won't add anything new to all the wonderful things that people already said about them, but if reading one more review can help you make up your mind to use their services then it's worth it.
I'm kind of a new driver (I've had my licence for less than a year) so normally I had my fair share of bumps and scratches until one day my bumper fell off completely!
It was a very stressful situation, I had to carry it in my car and run to the dealership who referred me to a well known body shop that gave me an estimate of $1500.
The body shop also insisted that I should fix it through my insurance which I specifically told them I didn't want to do. They made it clear that there is no way they can fix the bumper temporarily and that I have to replace the whole thing in addition to a bunch of other stuff that had minor damages.
The next day and after searching on yelp I decided to give C and C collision a try hoping that they will give me a lesser estimate (I was hoping for something in the range of $700 or so).
First of all, these are the nicest people you could wish for, from Nicolette at the front desk to Nathan and Rett the owners they are very friendly, courteous and down to earth.
After examining my car and knowing that I preferred to fix it outside my insurance they told me that my bumper is in a good condition and can still be used, and that only some small parts need to be replaced :) They even told me that they don't recommend replacing or fixing any scratched parts right now because I'm a new driver and there is no point in fixing something that can be scratched again anytime, I really admired their honesty.
The job only took one day and my bill came and it was $130!! what a happy surprise :) they even gave me a $20 yelp discount!
And while they were working on my car they found a deep tear in one of my tires and gave me the option to replace it which I agreed to.
I know they do much larger jobs, but they never let me feel it. They gave me the kind of attention I would expect if I were paying $$$$, and when I needed a quick consultation on another occasion I was given the same wonderful treatment even though I ended up not needing to fix anything.
Thanks c & c collision :) -

I went to C & C to replace a corner light and they did the work for me free of charge because of the simplicity of the repair (which i would not have been able to figure out on my own)! All this to say, quality, reliable, honest service!

SOoo, I'm not one to count, but I've had my fair share of auto accidents. And can I just say - they were NOT all my fault. But I always hated driving my car with a bruise.
Since I found C&C years ago, through a friend, I haven't once deviated. I've been there enough times, and taken my friends, the owner now knows me by name. "what happened this time, rose??" Is usually what i get, before i say anything. I think they have caller id.
Anyway, there isn't another auto body shop that will give you the quality, detail orientated work that they will. They'll give you an honest opinion on the repair, and if you're paying cash, work within your budget. They're also fighting the "you're paying for auto insurance, they should be taking care of this for you" crusade - since they've seen and dealt with enough insurance companies that screw over their clients on a daily basis. C&C are strictly about stickin' to the insurance man, and gettin'em to pay their dues.
I've never been disappointed with the outcome of their work, and their turnaround times. Call before a drop off, and they'll let you know their best time for a speedy repair. -

I've been to many many auto repair places and had my share of bad and good experience. This place is HANDS DOWN the BEST. Great location. Great guy running the place. He is honest and upfront with you. Very professional. This is exactly what I need, especially at a bad time when your car is damaged..out of service and you have to shell out money. I am not hesitating one moment to recommend this place to everyone. I cannot say this about hardly any place...as there are not too many places like this it's a shame. These guys have the equipment and the know how. Plus they're professional, honest, and upfront with you. Just exactly what you need when your car has unexpected damage and needs repair. Bring your car here, and you can't go wrong.

I got rear-ended a few weeks back and took my car here to get the bumper repaired. Everyone at C&C is really wonderful and I really felt good leaving my car in their hands. Nicollette welcomed me with a smile each time I walked in the door and I even got text messages letting me know how the repairs were progressing. Nathan's repair work is impeccable and my car looks as good as the day I drove it off the lot 7 years ago! I hope I never need a body shop again, but if I do, I would definitely take my car back to C&C.

My son was recently involved in a car accident. Not a good situation. Nathan and the staff at C and C Collision not only did a great job on the car but they also handled all of the hassle and paperwork with the insurance company. They certainly look out for their customers.

I have used these guys for years, even when they were in North Pasadena. They are honest and their work is super quality. I'll never trust anyone else.
