Burt Grant Salon
2 reviews for Burt Grant Salon
This is MY salon.
A pretty swanky place, but the pricing isn't obscene. You can make an appointment online with everyone from the freshest beauty school grad to the Master Stylist, Burt Grant himself. My stylist is Summer. I've never been girly, so every time I've just showed up, I just sit in the chair and tell her: "Do something. Anything." With those simple directions, she's given me the best haircuts and dye jobs of my young life. Shes given me red tips and dyed my hair purple. Also, since it's an Aveda salon, they only use Aveda products (translation: your hair won't get damage when they dye it). Whether or not she irons it out long or cuts it to my scalp, strangers give me compliments.
Five star service, all the way.
[They also offer student discounts!!]
My current beauticians are in Indianapolis and Seattle (due to multiple moves). I recently needed a haircut, and wasn't going to be traveling soon, so I asked for a recommendation. This is where I ended up. First, you can make an appointment on-line, which is a plus for me, since I don't like to talk to people if I can help it. An appointment was made for the following week with Ashley. She was great. Understood exactly what I was asking for. She was friendly. She did talk more than I preferred, but that would probably be great for most people. She recommended other services the salon offers without being pushy. The price was right ($45 for a cut and eyebrow wax). I was very pleased and will be back in the next couple of weeks for a color.
