Wow this place is good! I live like 10 minutes away and have a great Mexican place near me so I don't usually come here but when I do I'm pleasantly surprised! I usually have the taco that has a hard and a soft shell. Good lord, is it tasty! And the salsa and chips are really good too.
I'm a big fan of this place and the service is phenomenal.
I had the veggie quesadilla with chicken added to it.
What I got, I don't think there's a duplicate anywhere. But it's close enough to be a quesadilla. All their quesadillas are served in red tortillas! I'm not sure if I was appealed by the color.
However, the taste-factor scored high. I enjoyed it so much that I wouldn't mind coming back to order their quesadillas again.
Friendly (uber-friendly) service that makes me feel like I'm in a small town where everyone knows everyone. Even when I was leaving, and across the street with a big bag of food, a waitress ran over the street yelling that I had forgotten the hot sauce - and there she was, running over the median, with the super tiny plastic container of hot sauce hoisted in the air for all to see.
Yes, that friendly. Love it!
NOTE: The kind waitress recommends the quesadillas and chimichangas over the burritos - but I'm sure everything here is good.
Not an actual city as I had hoped, but the burritos could nourish a small town. I had the wet burrito woth ground beef an it was probably around 10x4" on the plate. The rice is seasoned well and tasted great woth the saice on top. Good alternative to Rancho Grande in sobe, though this place is less of a sit-down, bring the family kind of restaurant. Most seating is outside and the interior has the decor of a take-out restaurant.
Burritoville is the perfect remedy for a hangover. My friends usually hit up this hidden jewel in Miami Springs the next day after partying it up.
The most delicious thing on the menu, in my humble opinion, has to be the cuban wrap. It comes with delicious steak, wrapped up in a wrap with plantains, rice, and beans. Served with a side of homemade fries, it's a cure for the common hunger! The chicken tacos are a treat also because everything it served fresh and right off the grill!
The place itself isn't really big, but it boasts a spacious and shaded outdoor seating area.
Definetly another treat in Miami Springs worth checking out!
